A: I'm sorry, no, it does not have a waist strap or sternum strap.

Q: 2. Can this be adapted to carry camera equipment & 16" laptop?

A: The Thule Aion Backpack is designed to fit a 16" laptop without any modification.

Q: 3. Will the side pockets fit a common poland spring 16oz bottle?

A: I would be tuff if you had both cases filled with equipment.

Q: 4. Does the bottom part have removable (renconfigrable) padded inserts? No pics of inside ....will it hold a Canon Rebel with 55-250 kit or Canon 100mm Macro lens attached? If so...is there room for any more lens storage? This needs a photo...

A: Yes, this bag will fit those lenses. All camera pouch inserts are attached via Velcro and are able to be repositioned to customize equipment sizing needs. It could fit up to 4 medium length lenses.

Q: 5. Does this floor spreader compatible with the older O'Connor 25L series as well?

A: It is our opinion that the 25L can only work with it's own spreader, the Mid-Level Spreader (#33G-100). Unfortunately that spreader, like the tripod itself, is discontinued. Internet searches did not turn up any examples of it being available. We feel that the Floor Spreader for 30L / 60L Tripod won't work because the 25L's feet are not the inverted U shape that is needed to interface with this Sachtler designed floor spreader. (OConnor and Sachtler are owed by the same company thus their products are sometimes intertwined.)

Q: 6. Does this case also fit the 2560 O’Connor head or just the legs?

A: The O’Connor Molded Case for 30L & 60L Tripods fits the legs only.

Q: 7. Is it possible to fit in a 15inch MacBook pro?

A: 15 inch retina No problem

A: Correct, yes you do.

[Zipper] Have yet to put this item to use, but plan on taking it on our upcoming trip to Iceland next month. I have already packed most of what I will be needing. Between my carryon suitcase and this back pack, I have more than enough packing space! My favorite feature is the day bag that attaches to the front of the main back pack. This will be perfect for day hikes to store water and lunches in without having to carry the full backpack and add the extra unnecessary weight. Material seems to be durable and water resistant, which is exactly what I need for the type of traveling I will be doing. 5

[Zipper] A really great bag for travel, keeps things very organized with all of the different compartments. I really like the feature around the bag being able to be used for day trips, versatility is key. Would highly recommend. 5

[Zipper] Every centimeter of the Thule Landmark backpack is designed and crafted with intelligent thoroughness. All the people who brought this product idea to fruition deserves an instant bonus and/or promotion. There is no backpack I’ve owned that is as exceptional as this product. The first brilliant innovation, the dual-pack system which can attach to both back and front, is not only aesthetically awesome, but also very useful for times I don’t need to carry many things with me. I love every aspect of the design. It is obvious upon the first few moments of examining the bag that a lot of effort went into this product, and the quality speaks for itself. The zipper locks, the hardtop case for electronics and sunglasses, the backpack strap pockets which buckles tuck into, the quality of materials, and the way in which everything seamlessly fits together is amazing to me. I’ve owned Osprey and Eagle Creek bags (which are not companies to scoff at), but Thule really outdid themselves with this product design. [Zipper] I just got this backpack and I think it's the best travel backpack I have ever owned. It is ergonomic and best of all, it has so many compartments literally for anything. I personally like the safety features and the fact that it has an extra backpack. I leave the big one at the hostel and carry the small one when I go sightseeing. I was expecting a darker green color but it still looks good though. Best backpack on a backpack. 5
