The BP892x headworn microphone securely hooks behind either ear and can be worn for hours without fatigue. For maximum comfort and stability, the included AT8464x dual-ear adapter kit converts the MicroSet to a dual-ear-worn unit. The omnidirectional condenser capsule delivers extremely intelligible, natural audio with a flat, extended frequency response.

[Phantom Power] The mic on my new computer did not work; they sent me a new computer, the mic still didn't work. A friend told me I might need an external mic so I ordered the ATR4650-USB and today used it for a book study over ZOOM. It was easy to install, I wore the mic on my sweater, and everyone could hear me. Thank you! 5

[Phantom Power] Just a couple quibbles with this desk mic - as purchased, the base is extremely light weight, so I pried off the bottom and filled up the empty space with pennies. Now it seems much more stable. Also, the mic cable grippers on the stand are pretty much useless for the thick gauge wire supplied - if you wanted to force the cable into the channel with a screwdriver or other instrument you probably could, but then you'd run the risk of damaging the insulation. Voice sound quality is ok, particularly when close (not too close! You'll pop your Ps). The USB-C cable plugged into the back of the iMac, and the mic was immediately recognized. For thirty bucks (plus an investment of about eighty cents in pennies), this is a very good deal. 5
