A: The Hosa MXM-001.5RS is wired to the standard, Pin 2 to Tip, Pin 3 to Ring, Pin 1 to Sleeve. The XLR connector is non rotating and oriented according to the photo provided. The conductors are 24 gauge allowing some flexibility in the cable.

A: I'm using this to power up my lectrosonics transmitter via battery bud with a NP-1 battery.If your F5 has an external power source and has a hirose plug for that job, than yeah ot should be able to power up a small ac7

A: It's confusing but it is a female connector, the contacts are recessed inside and the panel mount or couplers are male

[UL 94 HB] I bought the wrong plug. I should have chosen the locking 4-pin Din plug. The cost of shipping back is more than the cost of the plug itself. B&H doesn't carry the plug I need. However, Neutrik always makes superior connectors. 5

[Latch Lock] You can save a lot of money when you build cables yourself and these workhorse connectors will last a lifetime, easy to connect and maintain and they look sharp. 5

[50 V] I've tried a few types of 90 degree XLR connectors. These are the best 90 degree XLR connector, period. Construction is great and very easy to make the solder connections and assemble. 5

[16 A] C500MKII does not include a power supply, so I used one of these to modify an existing P-Tap cable I had to use with our Anton Bauer Piggyback power supply. Works great! 5
