Patterns, or gobos, are widely used by designers in theatre, film, photography and television to create atmosphere, project scenery, and generally enhance the visual impact of their lighting.

Conceived by some of the world's leading lighting designers, the Rosco range presently includes hundreds of standard steel gobo designs.

To insure design integrity the patterns are etched using a precise double-sided process on stainless steel. The result is durable, high quality patterns which will withstand the extreme heat at the gate of ellipsoidal spotlights.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How many clamps does it come with the purchase?

A: one per purchase and i have 2 of them

Q: 2. The vinyl tips are constantly falling off for me when I use these. Any tips on how to keep them on?

A: You could use some gaff tape to secure the tips to the metal either running the length from end to end on each side (this also stops any reflected light from bouncing off the a clamp) or around the base of the tip onto the metal.

Q: 3. What are the full sterilization parameters for this product? Exposure time and temperature? Is sterilization achieved by a Pre-Vac or a Gravity cycle?

A: From the manufactures website: It is not necessary to sterilize doctorseyesULTRABRIGHT mirrors in an autoclave. Followingthorough cleaning, wiping with disinfectantssuch as ID 212 forte, BIB forte or Lysetol issatisfactory provided the manufacturers instructionsare followed precisely.Strict hygiene laws are in place in Germany wherethese mirrors are manufactured and Germandentists use the methods described above whichis very effective on the plain smooth surface.

Q: 4. This question is in relation to my previous question about water repellency. I don't really care how repellent they are; my question is "Will they keep your hands warm if they are soaking wet?" My hands will get wet because I dip my hands completely underwater to grab things. Wool gloves retain warmth even if wet, but they take a long time to dry, and they don't have e-tips. I assume Polartec will dry much faster, but will they retain heat while they are still wet, like wool does?

A: It is better than no gloves using the The Heat Company Polartec Wind Pro Liner Gloves. But like most, once your hands eventually get wet they will get cold at some point.

Q: 5. What are the loops for on the fingers. I can’t figure this out

A: The Heat Company Heat 2 Softshell Mittens/Gloves (Size 7, Black) incorporate loops for easy pull-off.

Q: 6. Tarmac Green. Is it green? Or is it brown?

A: These gloves are more to the brown side.

Q: 7. Can you wear liners underneath these?

A: It already has a thin insulation liner but you can wear liners underneath. It does fit depending on how thick your liners are but may just be bulky and not give you as much dexterity.

Q: 8. Any reports of the magnets in mittens causing issues with cameras or memory cards (since this question was last asked in 2021)?

A: We don't have reports of magnets in mittens causing issues with cameras or memory cards. Personally, I use a similar mitten with magnets and I never had any issue.

Q: 9. Hi, Are the other colours, apart from black, available?

A: Black is the only color that we have available for these gloves.

Q: 10. What size clamp would you recommend for clamping a sound blanket?

A: The size clamp you will need will depend partly onto what item you will be clamping the sound absorption blanket. If you are clamping it to a pipe, you would have to take into consideration the diameter of the pipe, as the jaws have to be wide enough to go around the pipe, as well as to hold the blanket. As a catch-all recommendation, I would typically recommend the Impact 2" Steel Spring A-Clamp (Black), B&H # IMSSCA20B • MFR # SSC-A20B, over the smaller Impact 1" Steel Spring A-Clamp (Black) due to its larger size and extra flexibility.
