[3200 to 5600K] This light has a ridiculously bright output. The quality of light with the softbox attached is chef's kiss! The entire package, from the case to the components feels incredibly well made. 5

[Passive] I've been hauling a Forza 300 with a 48" softbox back and forth every week when I film at our multiple locations and bringing a C-stand with the Forza 300 case and everything just got exhausting. I made the switch to the Compac 200 to make my life easier, being able to use a normal light stand. It's almost as soft as the 48" softbox but at a fraction of the size and a MUCH quicker set up time. It won't replace my Forza 300 in cinematic applications and I wouldn't try to use it outside but for normal stand-up type videos, it works great. I purchased an Arco Monitor Case for transport and it works great! 5

[Proprietary] I purchased this FS-200B along with the FS-150B monolight after getting the FS-300B earlier. Together, these have become my go-to LED bi-color lights for use in the studio and on location. I own other brands but the Nanlite FS B's are my favorites. Not least because the power supply is incorporated in the head so there is no need to wrangle with a separate unit for each light. Also, unlike other similar lights I have I appreciate the simplicity and accessibility of the controls for brightness and color temp. which make the light easy to use for anyone who might be assisting you on a shoot. Coupled with modifiers like soft boxes, snoots or the Nanlite fresnel (itself an awesome item) these lights have proven themselves to be most useful. A couple of cons: The fan noise on my FS-200B is more noticeable than the 150 or the 300. Not loud enough to lose a rating star, though. My biggest complaint is that I find the manufacturer-provided power cords are unusably stiff -- such that they don't lay flat on the floor. In my experience this presents enough of a hazard that I replaced the cords with more flexible ones. All in all I can highly recommend these lights. 5
