The white-and-gray Macally USB Silent Click Mouse White Grayis a wired USB mouse with two buttons for pointing and clicking. A built-in scroll wheel allows you to page through web pages and documents with ease and acts as a third button. This mouse has a dpi switch button that allows you to switch between sensor resolutions of 800, 1200, 1600 and 2400 dpi so you can set the tracking speed and precision to your preference. It's plug and play so you won't need to install any drivers. The 5' long cable allows you to connect the mouse to your PC and MAC via a USB Type-A port.

[Ambidextrous] After replacing 4 Mighty Mice from Apple,wired and unwired, I went with this one. Hope it outlasts the Mighty Mouse from Apple. They just don't last. Whoever designed that track ball should be fired. 5

[Mac, Windows] I've now gotten three of these, I find that the low (thin) height of the mouse really keeps me from curling my hand, which seems to cause more repetitive stress problems. I also have switched from Bluetooth (wireless) accessories as much as possible, since we are learning that electro-magnetic waves (radio waves) may be VERY bad for us This mouse lets you NOT use the tips of your fingers to push the mouse buttons, you can just lay your hand flat(ish) on the mouse, with your finger tips hanging over the end, and it works fine. This has really reduced tennis elbow type problems for me. 5
