This CAMVATE Magic Arm Set with Shoe Mount Adapters (7, 9, 11")includes 7, 9, and 11" articulated arms. Used to attach a monitor, light, or accessory to your camera rig, each arm has a 1/4"-20 screw on each end plus a shoe adapter on one end.

The ball heads at both ends of each arm provide 360° of swivel and 90° of tilt for optimal positioning. A single red wingnut locks the center joint and both ball heads simultaneously. Constructed from an aluminum alloy and stainless steel, each arm will support up to 8.8 lb.

A: The ARRI locating pins are removable. 1/4"-20 thumbscrew alongside removable locating pins

A: I believe the weight limit is 12 lbs. But it would feel sturdier with less than 10. In my opinion.

[1.61 lb] I agree with all the other 5 star reviews. It's surprisingly sturdy and the price is unbelievable compared to the other name brand arms. Buy one; even if you don't need it now - you probably will! 5

[Aluminum, Steel] I've been using the arm for an off camera speed light and softbox though I'm using a 'super clamp' to hold it and not the clamp which came with the arm. 5

[Aluminum, Steel] I needed something to hold my video camera while offroading in Utah in a rented Jeep. It had to be something substantial without leaving any permanent sign of having been there. The crab clamp gripped the passenger side dashboard grab bar firmly while the magic arm held the camera above the dash without shaking while moving down the trail. The result? Some fantastic videos that I will cherish for years to come. 5

[Aluminum, Steel] Shoe adapter is removeable for other uses, I have a microphone on my desk camped on one end with the Impact Atom Clamp with Ratchet Handle, the other end is a mic clamp with a 1/4-20 adapter. Compact and solid setup! 5
