Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. how many exposures on this roll? Is it the same as the cotton candy roll, and aiming for 24 exposures?

A: The dubble film Pacific 200 Color Negative Film (120 Roll) is medium format film. As such, it will depend on the medium format camera (or camera back) you are using on how many exposures you will get on a roll. It also depends on how the film is loaded. If you have a 6x4.5 camera, you will get approximately 15 or 16 frames on a roll. If you have a 6x6 camera, you will get approximately 12 frames on a roll. If you have a 6x7 camera, you will get approximately 10 frames on a roll. If you have a 6x8 camera, you will get approximately 9 frames on a roll. If you have a 6x9 camera, you will get approximately 8 frames on a roll. Finally, if you have a 6x10 camera, you will get approximately 7 frames on a roll.

Q: 2. Is this compatible with the kodak color plus 100 ?

A: The Kodak ColorPlus 200 Color Negative Film (35mm Roll Film, 36 Exposures) is very much like the ColorPlus 100 film. It is one stop better in low light at 200 vs 100 iso.

Q: 3. How many exposures do I get with half frame camera?

A: Regarding the Kodak ColorPlus 200 Color Negative Film (35mm Roll Film, 36 Exposures) and how many exposures you get with a half-frame camera, it would be generally 72 frames.

Q: 4. If Kodak no longer makes film, how old is this film?

A: This is brand new film and still being made by Kodak.

Q: 5. Where can i see the Expiration date on online?

A: Unfortunately online there is no way to check the expiration date of each individual pack of film.

Q: 6. How many pictures do you get with each roll?

A: Each roll has 24 exposure, However depending on the SLR that is being used, you might get a little more than 24 exposures.

Q: 7. Is this DX coded?

A: Yes, the CineStill Film 400Dynamic Color Negative Film (35mm Roll Film, 36 Exposures) is DX coded.

Q: 8. Could you reduce price for high quantity?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot. The prices we have listed for film are the best that we can offer.

Q: 9. The film will be effected if I develop it after 8 months after?

A: The film may lose some of its latent image over a period of 8 months but generally should be ok. It is of course best practice to develop the film right away.

Q: 10. Has anyone used this film with flash? I may be shooting this in a small club with the usual red blue green stage lighting. Is there anything I should know about this film's performance before I experiment with it? Thanks.

A: I think it works well

[Color Negative] I love, love this film. It was such a pleasant surprise after shooting the dubble film Stereo and being very disappointed with those images. The colors are tinged enough for a nice effect, but not overwhelming. Will purchase again!

[C-41] This might not be for everyone, but I had a blast experimenting with dubble film's Solar pre-exposed film. You won't have any idea how it looks until it's developed, and that's part of the fun. Very experimental and colorful, exactly what I was looking for. Every place that develops film will develop this, too.
