[0.415 lb] This product is high up there on my list of must haves for quality production. Affordably priced, smooth wheels, and all around great pedestal. Funny sidenote, make sure you read the instructions, as two of our awesome employees took the entire head attachment apart before realizing where the screw holes were... They did however expertly put it back to gether....with the help of a third employee...me.

[0.415 lb] I got this a shorter replacement for my existing FSB 6 tripod head. The screw threads are the same but the collar was too wide to screw all the way in and was obstructed by the legs. I swapped the collar off my old tie down and it fit, however the way the tie down is shaped prevents the legs from closing all the way. It’s probably an inch and a half from being closed all the way. Not the biggest issue, it still fits in the bag fine. Just something to be aware of if you do this yourself. Overall, it’s a very good quality tie down, it would be nice if they made something similar to this low profile design for 75mm heads.

[0.415 lb] I bought this setup to replace a Miller head I used on a Gitzo tripod for years. While that setup was very good the Sachtler is just a bit better especially with really long, heavy glass like the 600 f4. The setup on these legs is very fast but takes some getting used to. They work perfect for chasing Elk and deer in the mountains which is where I typically use this. The head easily handles the weight of my 400 2.8 and allows me to use the 600 f4 when needed. Shooting stills from a fluid head is a breeze and I prefer this over the gimbal heads I used to use for birds in flight with long glass. If you can get past the high cost you will be happy with your choice.

[0.415 lb] Was looking for a sturdy, but light weight tripod case that I could check as baggage (that wouldn't fall apart, would protect my tripods) and that I could transport easily on top of my suitcase, this is it! In all my research, this is the only option I found that fit my needs.
And although the interior has reinforcing bars to keep it rigid and a rigid foam-padded bottom for protection, I also insert extra cushioning in the multiple interior pockets to ensure everything is well protected. So happy I found this case!

[0.415 lb] A tad expensive, but it works perfectly on my Flowtech 100 sticks I bought used. They didn't come with a handle when I purchased them used so I needed this handle. It makes the tripod way easier to carry.

[0.415 lb] As is typical of Sachtlers stuff, this is well built and does the job. I wouldnt normally even bother to review this, but wanted to add a note for anyone considering using this with a Gitzo systematic tripod with 100mm half bowl adapter: I found that it would not grip the screw from my Sachtler DV 12 SB when mounted on my Gitzo GT3543XLS with the GD3322V100 (series 2-3-4) 100mm adapter. Its no fault of this flowtech tie-down-- it was not designed for it.
The tie-down that DOES work for this set-up is the 75mm tie-down from my Sachtler DV 6 SB. Havent tried other tie-downs, such as the older Sachtler 100mm, but will report back if I do.

[0.415 lb] This dolly is nearly perfect for my needs. The wheels are butter smooth, even working fairly well on grass. It accommodates two types of tripod feet. The legs lock in place via the hand-tightened screw.

I bought this dolly to move a fairly heavy jib rig (about 75 lbs). It handles it no problem. I moved the heavy rig over gravel yesterday and tipped the whole thing over not once, but twice. This was not the dolly's fault. The dolly held up fine. I thought it might get bent or twisted from the falls, but there was no such damage.

The only improvement I can recommend is to replace the hand-tightened screw (for locking/collapsing the legs) with a spring-loaded pin. That would be much faster and equally effective. That's a pretty minor critique though.
