This LumenRadio CRMX Outdoor Flex Transmitter Receiver RDM N-Femaleis a versatile wireless DMX and RDM light control device. It's configurable as either a transmitter, repeater, or receiver for one DMX/RDM universe in full refresh rate with up to 512 channels. It's an adaptation of the CRMX Nova product line for outdoor use and is compatible with other CRMX DMX/RDM products. The CRMX Outdoor Flex is both waterproof and vandal-proof, making it suitable for outdoor installation. It's designed to withstand many years of weather forces thanks to the combination of an IP67-rated housing and the vandal-proof mounting cover.

To fit into old wireless systems with legacy equipment, the CRMX Outdoor Flex is compatible with W-DMX transmitters when configured in receiver mode. However, when using it this way, you won't get the benefits of the advanced CRMX technology.

The CRMX Outdoor Flex has three modes of operation. In transmitter mode, it works as an Ethernet-enabled DMX/RDM transmitter with support for streaming ACN, ArtNet, ETCNet 2 and 3, Pathport, and more. In repeater mode, it will repeat the wireless DMX and RDM signal, making it possible to extend the link range and enable more complex network structures. When it's set to receiver mode, you can use the CRMX Outdoor Flex together with any other CRMX wireless RDM and wireless DMX products. The CRMX Outdoor Flex uses the international license-free 2.4 GHz ISM band.

A: Depending on the Apple TV remote you have, it will work with the MacBook Air. This will not control your MacBook. You can use the standard Apple remote BH #APMM4T2AMA.

A: The AsteraBox works as a wireless 2.4 GHz DMX transmitter. Just connect it with the included XLR adapter to your DMX console and you can transmit one DMX universe with LumenRadio CRMX technology. A universe consists of 512 channels. So, it depends on how many channels each light needs.

Q: 7. To transmit DMX wirelessly do I need one of these to transmit and a second one to receive?

A: You will need one LumenRadio Aurora Single Universe DMX/RDM Transceiver with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth BH #LULRINAMF1 as a transmitter and one to receive.

[3.95 lb] The new Stardust from LumenRadio is leaps and bounds better than any other CRMX transmitter on the market. That you can have one unit send out 4 CRMX universes or 8 CRMX2 is a game changer. As a working NYC Film/TV Light Board op, this is essential for my kit. The range on the transmission is excellent. 5

[3.95 lb] I configured just as instructed in Jeff Brink's YouTube video, works just fine with Blackout, connects without issues to all my receivers. I chose LumenRadio directly (over similar products) as since they own the keys to the castle, coming advances will likely hit their products first. 5
