A: Yes, this is a CS Mount lens which is compatible with the AIDA 100A.

A: If you still want to be focused to infinity then the minimum focus distance for the 3.8mm M12 lens is about half a meter. If you don't care about infinity and are only concerned about near focus with a very shallow depth of field, you can set the focus of the 3.8mm mm to about 1cm away from the lens.

Q: 7. What is the minimum focal length? I am trying to capture video through a gun sight and need to put the camera close to the rear sight.

A: Approximately 11.8"

Q: 8. Does this filter work with Kowa LM16HC lens? I think the filter thread fir t that is M35.5x0.5

A: No this filter will not work on this lens. The lens has a 35.3x0.25 mm thread this filter is too small.

Q: 9. Can this be used on the ursa g2

A: The Fujinon 2/3" C-Mount 15.6-500 mm f/3.9-16 32x Zoom Telephoto Lens BH #FUFH32X156SR cannot be used with the Blackmagic Design Ursa G2 Cinema Camera.

Q: 10. Is the iris closed when there is no DC supplied to the lens?

A: The IRIS is usually closed. When power is supplied via the DC cable connected to the camera, the IRIS will open. If you do not want an auto IRIS, I would recommend looking at a manual IRIS lens.

[f/1.4] Bought this lens for a new Axis M 1125 camera. My goal was to focus tight on a single object, 40 feet away, so depth of field was not an issue. The clarity of the image is excellent for a lens in this price range. If I had the option, a higher end camera with remote zoom and auto focus would be sweet...but for this budget priced combo, I'm delighted. Shout out to the BHP rep who guided me to put this order together. I explained my requirements & he took hs time to make sure all items of the total system were compatible. I'll order more CCTV cams here in future. 5

[Manual Focus] It was very difficult to find a 1/1.8 sensor format lens with a focal length of about 4 mm. This lens is perfect for my Point grey camera with that sensor format. 5

[Yes] This lens is BIG. Probably twice the diameter of the other lenses I have tried. I am using it on a NetcamXL 3 meg camera (Stardot). It has superior clarity (focus) and much better auto iris than the 4 others I have used. I have paid as much for other lenses but this one is the best so far. Zooming and focusing were a breeze. What else can I say? 5

[8.66mm] We use this lense for multiple views in a golf analysis project. With multiple cameras setup at different heights angles and distances i am able to focus and zoom to the desired views. 5
