The crossgrade electronic download of SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Volume 4, Special Winds and Choir & Solo Voices, from Vienna Symphonic Library is for owners of VI Special Edition Vol 4 that wish to upgrade to SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol 4. It features 15 woodwind and brass instruments that are not included in Volumes 1 to 3 such as Fanfare Trumpets (an ensemble of 6 trumpet players), trumpet in Bb muted, flugelhorn, cornet, bass trumpet, soprano and bass saxophone, bass flute, heckelphone, and contrabass clarinet. This library can be used with Mac or Windows computers, standalone or running AU/VST/AAX Native compatible host software (sold separately), for producers, musicians, film composers, TV and broadcast professionals, and more.

What's more, you get articulations of the Vienna Choir and Vienna Solo Voices covering the full range of the human voice with soprano, alto, tenor, and bass as solo voices and ensembles. This allows you to add another dimension and a very human touch to your music, especially to your orchestral scores.

With SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol. 4, the original recordings were completely re-edited and enhanced. All velocity levels of each articulation and all articulations of each instrument were refined to match and blend seamlessly, not only within each instrument itself, but also in interaction with the included instruments of the SYNCHRON-ized Special Editions, as well as with all other libraries of the Synchron Series. The Synchron Player enhances the automatic triggering of release samples and therefore contributes to the overall improved realism of all included instruments.

In addition, the Vienna Synchron Player incorporates a convolution reverb derived from Vienna MIR Pro, featuring the ambience of the 5813 ftmain hall of Synchron Stage Vienna. The reverberation and placement presets combine customized impulse responses with crafted reverb settings for each instrument or ensemble. By adding the ambience of Synchron Stage Vienna's Stage A to the relatively dry samples in real-time, the SYNCHRON-ized Special Editions blend with any other product of the Synchron Series, resulting in a production-ready sound out of the box.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I have 2 sure wireless mics now and I am looking for 4 more will they hook up to a peavey 20 sound board with four different channels ?

A: If I am understanding your question, the UDH-CHOIR-4 Hybrid system should work well with your Shure mics, and will easily connect to four separate channels of your Peavey PV-20, either via XLR or 1/4 cables. The VocoPro system operates on the 900Mhz band, and I am not aware of any Shure mics operating in this frequency range. I am using these units in conjunction with several Audio-Technica units I have. All units work well together. Hope this helps!

Q: 2. These mics are thick. Does anyone know of a tripod mic clip that will fit these? I keep buying clips that are too small. Squeeze clamps won't open wide enough.

A: Try the WindTech MC4 Extra-Large Heavy-Duty Clip for Wireless Microphones (B&H # WIMC4) which is designed to accommodates wider handheld wireless microphones.

Q: 3. is vocopro offering a trade-in deal for the soon to be useless 600 Mhz wireless systems for a new system in the 900 MHz bands?

A: VocoPro has not announced a trade-in program. Please contact VocoPro directly:TOLL FREE: 800-678-5348 TEL: 909-593-8893FAX: 909-593-8890HOURS: 9:00am to 4:00pm1728 Curtiss CourtLa Verne, CA 91750

Q: 4. Can the VocoPro UDH-CHOIR-4 handheld system be used at the same time as the VocoPro UDH-DUAL-B4 bodypack system without frequency interference?

A: We actually use both model in my church and we have never experienced any interference. Both model work on UHF frequency and hardly experience any interference.

Q: 5. I have Behringer 500W PPA system. The system has 2 XLR inputs and 1 1/4 input. I need to use 5-6 Mics at a time on few occasions, I have 2 XLR cables and microphones. I am not sure if I have to connect both units that come with this system to be able to use all 4 mics?

A: This system is essentially two dual-channel receivers. The XLR outputs are for each of the channels. so you would need 4 xlr cables. The 1/4" outputs are the two channels combined. So, if you are short on inputs on your mixer, use the 1/4" outs, but you will have to adjust each individual mic volume on the receivers. If you have 4 mic inputs open on your board, use 4 xlr cables (one for each channel), and you will be able to adjust each mic's volume independently on your mixer.

Q: 6. Do those mics have handling noise, specially if you tap on the grip? How about pops when speaking?

A: If you are using it within range you should not experience any pops at all and many folks who use this system find that there is very little to no handling noise.

Q: 7. Does system require 4 XLR connections to use 4 mics? Or can you get a mono signal from 4 mics with 2 cables?

A: You will need a device that has 4 individual XLR inputs to separate control of all 4 mics in the VocoPro UDH-CHOIR-4-MIB 4-Channel Handheld Wireless Microphone System in a Bag (Frequency Channel: H2). The other option is to use the 1/4" connections for 2 signals with the audio from the 2 mics for each receiver.
