The Rocstor 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub | High-Speed Connectivityis designed to expand the USB connectivity of your computer so you can use and charge multiple peripherals and accessories at the same time. A: As per the manufacturer, this Transcend 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub will work with Mac OS X 10.2.8 or later.

A: Yes, but not with full functionality. For instance, it will power a keyboard and mouse but not an external storage drive. It works great on AC power no matter what is plugged in but you will get limited function from USB power.

A: You need to have the power supply plugged in. That is the only way it will work.

[0.105 lb] I have other hubs with electronic switches. I always have to fiddle with them. This one has physical switches and its a dream. With seven ports I can leave my different charging and interface cords plugged in and not have to plug and unplug all day. 5

[Bus Powered ] I had a previous Sabrent USB port extension which sat on my desk right under my iMac's screen, but a spilled bowl of soup fouled three of the four outlets so I searched for a replacement and found this which, after figuring out how it attached thought it brilliant (and more soup-proof than its predecessor). It's sturdy, frees up desk space and blends perfectly with my Mac. 5

[0.105 lb] Love B&H Photo! As soon as I received the package, I immediately connected my peripherals and rebooted my Levovo laptop. I was very happy to see that my Nextar DX external dvd player, external M2 hard drive, Logitech paired mouse, and keyboard. and Yamaha mixer were instantly recognized. I would recommend buying this product to anyone with a newer laptop. I read reviews on the BH site before purchase. Everything they said was absolutely true! [0.105 lb] This USB hub makes using a flash drive much easier on my All In One computer. Not having to turn my monitor sideways to see the USB ports and having 7 USB slots makes things a lot faster and easier. Not to mention no stress on my built-in USB ports. The On/Off switches are great as I can turn off a USB slot before removing or installing a flash drive. 5

[0.105 lb] I moved from TPlink to Sabrent after having numerous cabling issues. This device uses a standard USB B connector which is secure and common. The tplink used a microB which besides falling out often, only seemed to fit correctly with the cables shipped in the box which were two small. I have had no devices dropped, extremely stable USB, and the ability to switch off each device is awesome. I run a large number of usb devices and already have 2 of these. of course, BH was my first place to buy from 5

[0.105 lb] This hub worked great and is a good size (just fits under the bezel of my 42 monitor.) My only complaint is that the hub was lightweight which feels kind of cheap and means that inserting or removing a cable or USB drive requires two hands. I am considering opening it up and adding a bag of sand to the case just for ballast. 5
