A: Hello Shopper, this will work with the A7's no issues, the Shogun Flames (and all atoms) uses full size HDMI whereas the other side is depending on the manufacturer. in this case the Sony uses Micro so this will be fine for that.

A: Helo Stephen D, currently the new HDMI 2.0a cables are not release however the main differences are the new model is HDMI 2.0a whereas the older model is 1.4. the 2.0's will be able to pass through 4k@60, the 1.4's cannot.

[0.15 lb] Got this as a replacement for a standard uncoiled HDMI cord. It fits the Tilta clamp mount on my BMPCC 6K's cage perfectly and connects the camera to my ATOMOS Shinobi. I cannot speak to the digital recording capabilities as the Shinobi only acts as a monitor. 5
