I recommend using a DMW-BLC12 dummy battery like the GyroVu USB to Panasonic DMW-BLC12 Dummy Battery Cable for GH2 (40"), BH #GYGVUSBGH2 instead.

Q: 4. Does this work with the GH6?

A: Yes and no. The Tilta D-tap to dummy DMW-BLF19 fits in and powers up a Panasonic GH6. However, because of the way the GH6's battery door is configured, you'd have to keep the battery door open in order to use the dummy battery.

A: No, it's hardwired.

A: The BLF19P-01 will not be compatible with the DMC-G85 because the batteries are different sizes. It will work with Panasonic GH3, GH4, GH5, GH5S, and G9 cameras.

A: No, the Tilta DMW-BLF19 Dummy Battery to D-Tap Power Cable (26") can not connect to the Tilta Tiltaing Battery Plate v2's (V-Mount) 8V output because the 8V output is not a D-tap output, it is a barrel output.

[16" / 40.96 cm] I spotted a Kondor Blue cable on a Youtube video review and realized that I needed one to keep my GH6 powered up for long video interviews! So, I adapted a v-mount battery and clamp to my tripod and now I have way more record time versus the OEM battery! 5

[0.02 lb] I use this dummy battery cable with my Panasonic GH5 with a Core Powerbase Edge mounted to the bottom of the camera. The display on the battery shows 8 hours of record time left after using it for about an hour. I love It so far! I thought I would get about 4 hours. This is great and just what I wanted for my GH5, the factory batteries don't last long so I'm always charging. If you don't mind a little more bulk and a little extra weight, this is really good option. I'm leaving a photo . 5
