A: No.

A: It should, I am a Canon user, but fit a 5D mark III, multiple batteries, a 70-200 L series lens, 24-70mm, 50mm prime, and 2 flash heads. You definitely have more space by not using the break away foam (I use the foam), but much less protection.

Q: 6. will this fit a a7R (Button layout Etc...) ?

A: I'm sorry, no, it does not accurately fit the A7R.

Q: 7. Can I use it while using a battery grip?

A: Yes. The skin will allow you to attach a grip to the camera unit.

A: It had more bulk than I expected, so I just use my camera bag to store it. I also do not use the hoods, for many reasons.

A: The lens alone (without the hood) will fit into the case but the lens is the same length as the case so the case cannot be closed.

Q: 10. Will Canon 600mm f4 ii fit in this case?

A: Yes.

[Yellow] I bought this case for the Canon 35mm f2 IS lens. It was the recommended pouch for that lens. It dows seem a bit on the large size for that lens, but if needed I can leave the hood attached ready to go and it still fits this case. When the hood is reversed this soft pouch can be folded over at the top to take less space in the camera bag. The only down side is that it wasn't included with the lens itself and had to be purchased as an additional accessory. 5
