It uses a 1" aluminum dome tweeter and a 4.5" BDSS mid-woofer pressure-coupled to a 4.5" passive radiator for enhanced mid and bass response. A: Do any of the responders own one? I use an Asus 87AC as my main router. Best I've ever had, but FULL signal was still an issue in some rooms and full signal makes a difference when streaming to Rokus and Google's Nexus Player. I added this mesh point. It was easy to install, it doesn't split the SSID up causing the user to have to manually control network handover. TL;DR No reason it shouldn't work unless Apple has somehow sabotaged it. My current router is great, but the suitable additional mesh point had made my home WiFi network even better. If I move to a larger house I will definitely purchase more of these. Full recommendation.

A: No, unfortunately the Amplifi Alien HD would only be compatible with the the Alien line of products from Amplifi.

A: The JBL CSA 280Z Audio Amplifier (2 x 80W) B&H # JBCSA280Z would be a great choice, if you were using two of the JBL 67HC/T Narrow Coverage Pendant speakers at 8 ohms. If you are planning on installing several of the speakers, you can use the 70 volt transformers and tap them up to 60 watts each. In this case, the amp you require would be based on the total wattage needed when you add up the wattage of each speaker in your 70 volt system.

A: These speakers are wired and require a receiver.

[Sealed] I have both the ProMonitor 800s and 1000s. I use the 800s with a sub as computer speakers and the 1000s for the fronts in my home theater. These speakers have been around for a long time but are fantastic. I have MANY speakers and these outshine them all. If you are looking for some great sound at a reasonable price, get these! 5

[4.355 lb] I often wonder why my husband made our living room a jungle with all those big speaker boxes; so I complained. He replied that small speakers do not bring out true cinema sound. I still complained.... so we tested five small speaker sets and I had to agree with him until I listened to the little 800 at Best Buy. So I bought them and we auditioned them together. My husband's response was that he never heard heard any other small speaker bring out such rich sound. So we got rid of the big coffin-looking boxes and now we have more space to dance. 5

[10 to 150 W] A speaker that is all of 8" x 4" and still makes for great, non-tiring music listening sessions is a wonderful thing. I am using these in a 2.1 with a Harman Kardon receiver and a Martin Logan sub and even movies sound great. And this is while I am still working on figuring out the best crossover from the sub to the satellites. 5

[10 to 150 W] If I could rate 6/5 stars, I would. Been using my old Polk RT35 speakers for 20 years and been happy. I wanted something that could be wall mounted, so I ended up doing some looking. Glad I did. These speakers have so much more definition and life, it’s incredible. My old ones were decent. These are amazing. I’m sure there are better speakers for 5 times as much, but I doubt there’s any better for 2 or 3 times the price of these. All I want to do now is listen to music on these bad boys. 5

[4.355 lb] The mid-range can sound week when powered will a low powered amp. While it's true that the speaker sounds better listening to electronic Music than classical, using a sub can easily solve this problem. These little giants deserve at least a 4.5 ratings. Rex 5
