The MM-12 is a small and lightweight high performance Starved Electrolyte (Lead Acid) battery. The MM-12 is memory free and when properly maintained will offer a consistent run time over the life of the battery. A convenient shoulder strap is standard in addition to a sewn-in belt loop.

A: The battery included inside the Bescor Panasonic DMWBLK22 Battery & Charger Kit is a 2200mAh 7.2V battery.

Q: 2. how do I charge battery in belt, does it take AA or AAA?

A: I don't know what batteries it uses and it really doesn't matter. All you have to do is plug the charger into an outlet and put the male plug from the charger into the female receptacle attached to the battery--that's all there is to it. I have had nothing but success with PRB-9NC. I recently used it for one hour with a 40 watt bulb and could have gone longer if needed. Couldn't be more pleased.

Q: 3. Can i use this on Black magic cameras??

A: The voltage range of the Blackmagic camera's is 12 to 30 VDC so this battery is a good voltage match. Three things however. 1. There is no known power cable for this. Most likely a custom cable would need to be made. 2. This is very heavy, 11 lbs. You may not want to lug that around all day. 3. This is a heavy duty battery made for older power hungry lights and cameras thus really it is overkill for most uses with the Blackmagic camera's. A: The manufacture does not list the charge time on the Bescor Panasonic DMWBLK22 Battery & Charger Kit. It will also depend on how low the battery is. So, charge time will vary and average is approxemelty 2-4 hours.

Q: 6. How long does this battery last per charge?

A: The run time for the Bescor HP-3ATM battery depends on the wattage of the light or equipment that it's powering. It will run 15 minutes for 100 watts, 30 minutes for 50 watts or 60 minutes for 35 watts.

Q: 7. Is this safe for air travel? Is it possible for me to take this on an airplane either via checked in luggage or carry-on? I need to take it overseas.

A: Yes the Bescor batteries in question are lead acid chemistry and are safe for air travel. Lithium Ion batteries are the only battery types with flight restrictions.

Q: 8. Does the Bescor 90-645ATM work with the Bescor MP-1? If so, how long does the 90-645 battery last for the MP-1?

A: This unit is designed for the LED-70 On-camera LED Light, however Bescor does make a model that will work with the MP-1. The 90-645, without ATM in the model number, is designed specifically for the MP-1. We even offer a kit that features the MP-1, battery and a charger.

Q: 9. Lead acid battery for Blackmagic Pocket Camera?

A: While it is possible this might work, we would rather recommend the Bescor BM-EPIC Battery & Charger for the Blackmagic Camera. With the proper cable you can use it with the Pocket. You should get something on the order of 3-4 hours of life with it. So two can be rotated easily.

[9.3 x 9 x 4"] When I received the package I was surprised on how tiny it is! It's heavy for what it looks like but not bad at all. Anyway, I'm glad that it's small and compact. I am easily able to store it into my camera bag. Charging it is quick and easy. I just plug it in overnight and then it automatically stops charging when it's full. I use this with my iLight. Lasts about 60 minutes or so cont. running throughout the day, which is perfect for what I use it for (wedding photography). I haven't found the need to have to purchase two. Very happy with it and my iLight :) 5

[9.5 lb] This is a long-running, quick charging battery that is cheap (to buy). It doesn't have the upright look of the picture, however; it looks like the Bescor batteries that I bought in the '90s...which is fine by me. It's the standard lead acid type cell that is common to battery-backups on fire alarm systems. Why does this matter? Because you can replace it cheap. I found them for $25 at a local battery outlet. So when it tanks, you just recycle this one and stick in a new one. Bud-a-bing, bud-a-bang -- you're back in business. The auto-off charger is a must...you don't want to overcharge this baby or it'll screw you down the line. Thanks for reading! 5

[12V] This battery came as a set with my bescor light that i bought. My light has never died on me while i use it to film skateboarding at night. Ecellent battery. 5

[9.3 x 9 x 4"] My favorite thing about this pack is that it doesn't have a memory, which means it's life span is very long if you care for it properly. The charge lasted much longer than I expected. The shoulder strap distributes the weight evenly, so there's really no fatigue. I really like it. 5

[9.5 lb] This thing works great, I'm using this as a backup battery for Kessler Crane motion controlled dolly, it exactly the same battery as the one i got. I was unsure whether this will work on the KC gears, but it works well and glad i bought it from B&H. 5

[9.5 lb] i use this battery with my frezzi lighting lamp, which connects through its 4pin xlr connection. i charge the battery with the atm-prb automatic shut off charger to preserve battery life.. the battery works great, powering my lamp long and bright. the only not so good thing is that it weighs about 5.5 pounds... the bad comes with the good 5
