A: There is not option on the ZEISS Otus Transport Case to get foam for the Otus 100mm lens.

A: According to the manufacturer, the ZEISS Otus Transport Case has successfully been tested for IP67 . This means dust- and waterproof (water to 1 meter/ half an hour dry).

Q: 5. Will this case fit the older style Zeiss SLR lenses (inlays) as I have 3, I'm looking for a case that will support those as well as a 100 Milvus? Thanks Phil.

A: Yes, the new case will fit both the ZEISS 'Classic' as well as the new Milvus lenses. There are specific inlays available for each lens type, which hold it securely within one of the six openings.

Q: 6. Would this case work for Zeiss Batis lenses as well?

A: Unfortunately, the Zeiss Batis lenses have a wider diameter than the Zeiss Loxia lenses, so lens cutouts in the ZEISS Loxia Transport Case/Bag wouldn't fit the Zeiss Batis lenses appropriately.

Q: 7. Is the 4th space made for the Otus 100m?

A: The Otus Transport Case is currently designed for the Otus 28, 55 and 85 lenses. The fourth opening is for storage of the LensGears that are shipped as part of the Otus 3-Lens Bundle. It is possible to fit the Otus 100 into the opening for the Otus 85.

Q: 8. Could this device work on a smartphone running Android OS 10.0 (ex. Galaxy Note 10) through a Lightining/USB-C adapter?

[Latches] Whether for storage or transport, this case is one of the largest of its type on the market. It does take a while to get it, but it is up to the usual level of quality expected out of Pelican products. We are using this particular model for long-term dry storage of photographic slides, film negatives, prints and digital storage media, of which it will hold plenty. It is quite heavy, which is to be expected, but has casters available if you need, and handles that should support quite a load. It would also make an excellent footlocker. 5

Rolling on very sturdy, almost hidden wheels, even fully loaded @ 145 lbs it glides well. Wheels are protected from possible damage in transport. 5
