A: Yes the Tiffen ND/PL 3-Filter Set for DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is an adjustable filter with rotating ring. This ring will then allow you to adjust the intensity of that ND grade. This filter will not act as a variable ND filter or Circular polarizing filter.
