A: With any product that has firmware updates we can not guarantee that it will arrive with the latest firmware. The company (in this case Yuneec) ships the product to us with the latest firmware at that time, however, they might release new firmware while it is en route to us, while it is sitting in our warehouse, or while it is en route to you. Therefore even if it shipped from the manufacturer with the latest firmware it may become outdated by the time it reaches you. Whenever you get a new product that has firmware releases it is always a good idea to check regardless of where you purchase it from. Firmware updates are designed to be performed by the customer. If you have problems updating firmware you can give us or the manufacturer a call and we will do our best to assist you.

Q: 3. With the plus model is there any battery indicators either on the battery or that appear on the screen showing me the battery level or approx remaining flight time?

A: The aircraft uses "dumb" batteries and require a balanced charger such as the DY5 to maintain them properly. Still while powering up the aircraft will with lights flash the current condition of the battery installed before takeoff.

Q: 4. Is this Drone capable of doing Mapping?

A: Yes. The YUNEEC H520E Commercial Hexacopter can cover site mapping, inspection, search and rescue, and more.

Q: 5. This filter will fit the lens to the Sigma 300-800?

A: The Sigma 300-800m zoom has a 165mm front diameter. The Fotodiox UV filter is only 145mm, so I doubt if this filter will fit the lens in question....

Q: 6. does this drone come with LiDar?

A: The YUNEEC H520E Commercial Hexacopter will not include LiDar.

Q: 7. How many propellers are included?

A: This includes 10 propellers.

Q: 8. Do you all have some sort of camera that could be added for IR capability to the Typhoon H Plus?

A: We would not find any viable camera to address this, with said capabilities.

Q: 9. Does the ground controller have a flight instruction mode?

A: A flight instruction mode is not listed in the manual for this platform.

Q: 10. does it have a zoom lens?

A: No zoom but a pro photographer using it doesn't need zoom. With two ST16S controllers in master/slave configuration one flies the aircraft and the photographer works the 360 degree camera. That's how Hollywood does it.

[0.02 lb] Freefly said their machining was off on the toad in the hole on the Movi Pro Ring. I got mine replaced and it's all good and tight. I had slop in my connector too. Reach out to them and they will replace it. 5

[0.02 lb] We used this gimbal for the last 3 years and put it through insane situations, our company films outdoor gear and so we are shooting in the rain, snow, mud, etc. This gimbal has handled all of it. We have a RED Epic W on it, have used it hanging out of helicopters, on cable cams. It's our favorite piece of DJI gear ever. It even powers the RED for about 2-3 hours off the onboard batteries. Amazing. 5

[0.02 lb] I was a DJI guy with the ronin-m and the original ronin. Then when I looked into a new stabilizer I was between the Ronin 2 and the Movi Pro. After using both the Movi Pro was the obvious choice. One of the biggest issues I had with the Ronin was just the weight of it. Even with no camera on it it is almost twice the weight of the Movi. I use my stabilizer mostly handheld so the wight is a big factor. even with how light weight the Movi is it can still take quite a payload not as much as the Ronin 2 but if your not trying to run 30lb builds it is more then enough. I run a Red epic package with Cine lenses and a follow focus and it takes that like a champ. Freefly also has tons of accessories for the Movi to help and outfit it in anyway that you could think of. My only issue with the Movi is the top handle takes 4 little (easy to loose) screws that need to be put in every time it comes out of the case. for such an easy quick connect system I figured there would be a better way to attach the handle. I also wish it had the locks that the Ronin 2 has to help in setting up the camera package without it moving around. 5

[0.02 lb] Bought this gimbal to use with a RED Dragon X and Atlas Anamorphic lenses since it’s pretty much the only gimbal that can handle this sort of weight. The Ronin 2 comes with everything you can think of including the remote, batteries, cables for RED and ARRI cameras etc so not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. 5
