Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How does this work with the BMPCC 4k? I would be near max load with the canon 70-200 lens, v-lock battery, and monitor.

A: This has a 4.4 to 15.4 lb Payload Range. Your set up will need to be between that range to work with this system.

Q: 2. Hey guys can i use my Ronin M + Red Raven with that setup?

A: As long as your complete setup does not exceed 15 pounds you will be able to use the Minimax.

Q: 3. Is there a carrying case for this product?

A: All Easy Rig products come with a transporter bag. Once it is in stock, we will list it In the Box.

Q: 4. Will this support the URSA mini pro with the SSD reader attached?

A: This Easyrig works with cameras between 4.4 to 15.4 pounds. As long as your Ursa Mini Pro Rig does not exceed 15.4 pounds in total weight it should work with this EasyRg.

Q: 5. I do a lot of shooting outside and am going to be investing in a quality EVF. It looks like this is primarily to support cameras out in front of the body ie with a monitor set up. Is this still relevant/useful for shooting with an EVF?

A: Yes, this vest is perfect for using a shoulder rig, in which you can set up the Electronic ViewFinder (EVF) on your camera, and using the the Easyrig mini to clip onto the top handle on your camera and allow for the weight to be supported and a more stabilized shot.. The key is to make sure that the arm that extends above the head, is adjusted so that the pull down cord is close to the front of your shoulder. The arms that are made to be extended length are good for using a handheld rig infront of your chest and not using an EVF. This Easyrig gives you a lot of flexibilty as to which rigs you may want to use tor stabilization.

Q: 6. What is the length of the arm on the minimax?

A: The entire span of the arm is 61 inches or approx. 155cm.

Q: 7. will tilta's top handle hold 7kg camera rig on easyrig minimax? Or just suggest other top handle which i can screw on tilta's bmpcc6k cage.

A: Yes, the Tilta top handle will support your rig on the Easyrig Minimax.

Q: 8. what's the difference between easyrig minimax and Easyrig Minimax with Quick Release?

A: The Easyrig Minimax comes with a clamp that attaches to your camera's top handle. The Easyrig Minimax with Quick Release uses a 1/4"-20 to ball stud to attach to a 1/4"-20 thread. The quick release secures onto the ball stud.

Q: 9. What is the difference between the Gimbal Rig and Cinema 3 vests? The images and descriptions are too vague.

A: The Gimbal Rig has a modified vest has been designed with a wider front, fitting around the waist and over the hips This allows the camera operator to carry weight further away from the body.Cinema 3 is the heavy duty model for 35 mm movie cameras with weights between 15 25 kg (33 55 lbs). For further information, please visit easyrig.se.

Q: 10. Can you adjust the tension on this one like you can on the Vario 5? So you can choose how much weight you want to take?
