A: The Fleet Micro series (FLEET-DM2A or FLEET-DM2S) of chargers are the most advanced in the industry. The chargers offer a complete battery management system for your battery “Fleet,” including an on-board LCD to monitor the battery packs’ smart battery data. Besides being the fastest battery charger in the industry today(four 98wh packs in under 2 1/2hrs.), the charger offers a TEST mode to determine battery health and recharge performance. With the inclusion of a micro USB on the rear of the unit, that data can then be viewed and managed with a PC application. The micro USB doubles as an input for future free firmware upgrades(downloadable via the web). In addition to battery management, the Fleet Micro chargers includes SafeFly mode. The charger parallels all the on-board battery packs to provide continuous power, and the charger’s LCD reports back available capacity as well as remaining runtime. With the optional “Hypercine module,” the charger provides both unregulated 12v-16.8v 4-pin XLR, as well as 28v regulated 3-pin XLR DC outputs.

Does this sound like a standard pin configuration? I searched online for diagrams and didn't find much.

Please make sure your Gold Mount batteries are 26V, 14V batteries won’t power the ALEXA 35. [XLR 3-Pin Male] Given the limits on size and number of Li-Ion batteries you can travel with on a plane this is the charger I have been waiting for: in most use cases it allows you to charge batteries faster than you can discharge batteries - with a few catches. It can draw up to 8 amps so you need a decent circuit to plug into. Also it's not the most inexpensive charger in the Core lineup but I think it could pay for itself with this kind of performance. Recently had a day on Steadicam powering an Alexa 35 with a Teradek Bolt 6LT and Arri focus motor. We were able to rotate between just two 150wh batteries the whole day. It was great. One nit pick: the fuse holder on the back protrudes a bit and isn't the most sturdy. It just got catch on the foam in a case and broke a retaining clip. Easy fix and pretty simple to work around. As long as it holds up this is The One! 5

[0.4 lb] Sometimes I like to run a Kinoflo mini-flo as an eyelight/onboard camera light...and I no longer use a 4-pin XLR battery plate...but I always have p-taps available on camera, so I finally got one of these. It's solid, and the coil really helps keep it tidy. 5
