[31 x 7.6 x 2.2"] First ran across TrekPak dividers for a couple of Pelican cases I had...then had a thought... What about other uses? I have one Domke bag and one Tumi bag that when I want to downsize what I'm carrying along work out much better than dragging a Pelican around! The TrekPak divider strips were the answer so I cut them to size and insert them into the soft sided bag in a grid-like format and voila - camera gear protected!!! The Tumi now carries my GFX 100ii kit and 4 lenses while the Domke houses a X-H2 kit and 3 lenses...enough room to also put my accessory pouch and filter kits....and I'm good to go!!!!

[1.05 lb] Im using my case to store two camera bodies, 6 Ienses, batteries, triggers, and more. It fits all of it and does a great job at protecting my investments.

[1.05 lb] C'mon. It's a Pelican. Would it be anything other than 5 star? Usually I get the foam versions. I splurged this time for the TrekPak and am super happy I did. I was able to fit my 4x5 and 6x17 field cameras, roll film back, a handful of accessories, 4 rolls of 120, and 4 LF lenses inside the case and feel like they are all secure and protected. No way I could have done that with foam.

I occupationally travel out of state (two or three times a month) and always use very flimsy cases that are packed with foam and bright neon green straps. I decided to splurge myself and buy Pelican 1560 Case because its very durable, its bright (easy to find from other black cases). When I travel, I want to make sure my expensive tools reach the final destination. I always have a GPS tracker inside my case so I can track it faster and without any problems. I don't use it for Camera or video equipment. I use it only for tools. I can pack everything I need and still be under 50lb limit. Its heavy duty design, wheels are strong, this Pelican 160 case is bright (that's what I like... to minimize theft). I use it for work. Note: I purchased a Mesh Lid Organizer (A-MoDe Limited Mesh Lid Organizer ) that helps me keep smaller specialty tools more organized.
