A: Thank you for bringing this error to our attention. The GoPro Hero 7 Silver will only provide 4K resolution at max 30fps. For access to 4K resolution at 50/60fps please look into the GoPro Hero 7 Black.

A: The camera gives you the option to choose. If you have a computer that is capable of handling H.265 you are welcome to choose that. if not then you should choose to record in h.264.
