This 10.75' Impact Turtle Base C-Stand Kit, in a chrome finish, is comprised of a C-stand, 2.5" grip head, and 40" extension arm. The stand features a patented locking mechanism that allows the legs to swing out and lock into place for easy setup and collapse flat for storage. The included extension grip arm fits neatly into the stand's removable 2.5" grip head, allowing you to offset the stand and cantilever flags, gobos, or lights out of the way of the action. The stand has a low center of gravity, which allows mounting of heavy equipment without tipping. The legs are perfectly shaped for saddlebag-type sandbags. The kit is also often used as a short boom.

A: All the parts is solid metal no aluminum or plastic parts. Very solid C-stand for the price hand down there is nothing close to. A: If you mean just the vertical part of the stand, that is the riser and it is about 40 inches long, plus the 5/8 pin and bottom receiver. The minimum combined height of the turtle base legs plus the riser is 4.75 feet (about 57 inches)

A: Yes, it will. You need a baby pin (available here) to mate the Einstein to the grip knuckle of the C-stand. Be sure to suspend all the weight over the longest leg of the base for safety, or else the entire setup will tip over. I have a 48 Octabox and it is no problem on this stand.

A: You would receive 3x stands in boxes which each box is 21.8 lb and 1x the case in the box is 28 lb. All together making it about 93 and a half lb total.
