[Beige ] Clamp works perfectly and allows me to move the boom stand around - and not cause damage to the desk or table on which I move it.

[1.14 lb] From the images I was expecting some sort of plastic design for the main black part but it's made of a really heavy solid metal. The clamp is very wide (thick desks accomedated) and has padding to minimize any damage to the surface. Went with this over the other mounting option as it can be easily taken off and moved around whereas the other is a more permanent solution.

[1.14 lb] Heavy duty clamp mount immediately transformed the old-school, student recording room into what looks and feels like a real recording studio! Student performances were instantly improved with the use of the clamp/arm combo. Installation couldn't have been easier!

[1.14 lb] This is not a very exciting product, but it works perfectly with my OC White mic arm. It is sturdy and should outlast me. I used 10-24 screws (with washers and nuts) and drilled holes to mount it to my desk. The screws are not included, but cost pennies at the local hardware store.

Bought as replacements to the lousy plastic clamps that come with the lamps, etc.

[1.14 lb] This works perfectly with the rock-solid OC White scissor arm. Cast iron, looks like it will last longer than I will. Be sure to wrench this into your desk or mounting surface very tightly, and you'll be good to go.

[1.14 lb] This clamp is strong and rock solid. It supports heavy arms well and I love the fact that I can move my microphone arm from room to room or take it on the road with me and attach it to a desk or table using this clamp. I use it with an OC White Deluxe 2 joint microphone arm and a fairly heavy large diaphram microphone and the clamp handles the load perfectly.

[1.14 lb] I kinda just love the clamp and the arm. Build quality is fantastic and I have a very heavy mic on it and it does not budge. Moves like butter and whisper quite. I never release what a pain it was to set my mic up , remove it etc. this thing is east swings out of way for clearing desk space and I find myself doing far more with it now

[Beige ] I didnt realize how much I needed this mount until it arrived. I have no doubt that it will outlast the rest of my studio!
