A: I see no reason why it should not be possible. The only problem could be the heat from the light, if the distance is to short. As I have not used the reflector together with tungsten light, I can not give you any guidelines on the distance needed.

Q: 6. Can anyone recommend an appropriate reflector holder for this 32 reflector? I want to put it on top of a tripod/light stand but all of the reflector holders seem to be for 60 reflectors and that seems like massive overkill. Impact makes one (Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder) but that is way too big. Looking for something cheap that will collapse small.

A: The Photoflex Small Clip Collar with Knob for LiteDisc Holder has a maximum opening of 16.2mm. It would not be suitable with a 12.7mm (about 0.5 in) shaft.

A: The Photoflex Telescopic LiteDisc Holder (870256) is built more for the LiteDisc than to hold accessories. There isn't much to counter balance. There is a 3/8 stud at the back end, and a flush-top 5/8 stud at the front end. A light-weight mike may be able to be attached to either end.

A: This diffuser cuts 1 stop of light. Firing an Alienbees B800 at full power into a 46 inch softlighter, I get a reading of f/11 at 8 feet (ISO 200). With the LiteDisc Diffuser in place the reading is f/8 at 8 feet (ISO 200). I hope that helps!
