The BSG-5030 is a signal generator able to output Black Burst, Sync and Sub Carrier signals along with a separate audio tone output. It features multiple outputs configurable to the users application. This model outputs an exact 30 fps instead of the standard 29.97,

All six outputs (BNC) can be easily configured to supply a black signal (without burst)or 1Khz audio tone, or any configuration of the two to fit your needs. Designed to generate 30 fps (instead of the standard 29.97 fps), 30 fps is used in professional audio applications.

A: That is not a proper solution and there is no guarantee that it will work. There are analog video distribution amplifiers available on this site that will work for this purpose.
