A: It isn't overly loud. It would depend. If you have a separate room that you are using it in I would say yes, but in a common area you would still have a steady hum. APC's website should give you a db level.

A: There are no Twist Lock connections if that is what you mean. if you need a twist lock on the utility power you can just cut the original connector off and put the appropriate 15A 120V twist lock Male connector on there.

A: Yes. I bought 4 of these for Canon G30's. Not all functions work, but the ones I need do. I also have a JVC GY-HM200U and just tried it and these work as well or better than on the Canons.

A: The Smart-AVI V2V-HDAV HDMI to Composite RCA Downscale with HDMI Loop Output supports up to 60hz. It would not be able to output 240p.

A: Sorry, I do not know since I use the zoom control with a Sony NX5U camera.

Q: 7. Will both the zoom and focus controls work for a Sony CX900 if I have the adapters?

A: yes it will work with the Cx900 with the correct adapters

A: The APC Smart-UPS SRT 6000VA Rackmount (208V) is a 4U UPS.

Q: 10. Will this work on Sony HDR-CX900, HXR-MC88, and HDRFX1000?

A: This is a LANC controller, the camcorder will need to have a LANC connection for this to work with it. The HDR-FX1000 and HXR-MC88 both have LANC connections and will work. However the CX900 does not have a LANC Connection though, it will not work with this controller.
