The K&M 14952-000-55 Tuba Performer Stand for Children (Black) is a lightweight (3.7 lb / 1.7kg) stand for use with all tubas and is an ideal solution for little performers. A 2-piece folding design integrates a rod combination that provides height adjustments from 9.8 to 15.7” (250 to 400 mm).

A foldable design includes a snap-in base that allows the 3 U-profile legs to snap into the socket and provide stability and enhanced support. Also included is a non-marring rubber coated instrument support that protects the tuba body from scratches and abrasions.

You are also provided with an additional notch that allows the stand to support instruments with a ridge. The Tuba Performer Stand for Children is made from steel and sports a black color.

[3.7 lb (1.7 kg)] I have been a professional saxophonist for nearly 35 years, and I have not found a better stand to hold my baby. The K&M has ended my search for a stand that is both portable and sturdy. It fits nicely into the bell of the instrument with the included storage bag, and is just as stable and safe as some of the more bulky professional stands. I've had other portable in-the-bell stands and have experienced tip-overs (which can be VERY costly to a saxophonist). This stand does it all!... I have ended my search. The cost is higher than some other portable stands out there, but the cost savings in repairs more than makes up for it. (Very reasonably priced when put in those terms). Check out this stand - You will not be disappointed! 5

[6 lb] this is a great stand, the way it locks so you can keep it up, and to be able to store it in the bell is just a great thing. i bought it because i play in church and i wanted a stand that i would be able to carry it in the case. i can say this was worth it. 5

[Black] I have depended on B&H for excellent advice and products. Usually what I purchase from them is usually well beyond my experience so their advice, trustworthy, clear and patient overviews are necessary for me. One of my experiences was one of your people honestly said he didn't know too much about what I was asking for and moved me to someone that did know. My only criticism is the tendency for businesses to ask me to rate something very simplistic in this case a plug in another case screws I find that utterly wasteful. Were there something wrong the business would her about it soon enough. 5

[Steel] Delighted with this. Legs fold up and slide into the peg. Not too much bigger than a Magic Marker and can tuck into the outside pocket of my flute bag. Perfect! 5
