The Da-Lite Advantage Manual Projection Screen 87x116"is a ceiling recessed manually operated screen.

The Advantage is designed with the installation process in mind. It has the luxury of having the case and fabric and roller mechanisms installed separately. Dalite employs a unique floating mounting method which utilizes adjustable roller brackets. All this is built into the lightweight, extruded aluminum case which allows for the centering or offsetting of the screen.

Offered exclusively by Da-Lite, the Controlled Screen Return (CSR) system adds an impressive feature to the Advantage design. The CSR system ensures the quiet controlled return of the screen into the case providing optimal performance and smooth, consistent operation. Screens with the CSR feature must be fully extended. There are no intermediate stopping positions.

Q: 5. We have a switch (up,down, stop) that is broken . It operates an awning on our deck. the voltage is 110. can i use this switch?

A: I dont believe so as this switch is low voltage that I believe just acts as a trigger to a high voltage switch/ motor.

A: Yes, Elite Screens provides ropes and stakes to anchor the screen. For additional stability sandbags(sold separately) can be placed on the legs. As per the user manual ◆ Be sure to use the screen only during a light breeze; it is not meant to withstand heavy winds. *Elite Screens is not responsible for damages due to negligence resulting from misuse under weather conditions and will void your warranty.

Q: 10. can this be mounted on a wall like the epson duet screen?

A: The Epson ES3000 Manual Projector Screen (BH # EPES3000) cannot be wall-mounted.

[134 x 13 x 10"] I use the Da-Lite Floor Model C on a stage for school presentations. It provides a quality solution where other screen mounting options ate not available. The screen is well supported and flat for a great presentation. The 9'x9' screen size is not excessively heavy or unwieldily to store. 5

[110 lb] We purchased the Screen and the matching base. Easy to deploy, and rock solid. We used it under a canopy, for an interactive (laser based) Simulator, at a Senior Management Industry Conference. It is definitely a Professional grade tool - and was a key component of a successful exhibit. We did not expect to pay so much for the screen and base, not to mention the huge shipment costs - BUT, it was well worth the investment. The screen (and the base) are sturdy and we expect that it will provide years of service. 5

[134 x 13 x 10"] Screen is being used in a 40 x 40 foot room with a 7.2 theater system. The projection screen is over the stage and is long enough to extend down and up out of the way when not in use. If the light were not in the way, I could have moved the screen even higher. 5

[4:3] I installed in my living room in between ceiling joists. It works great. I use it with a Panasonic HD projector. It impresses everyone who walks in the room. Has a clean appearance when retracted. Note: it didn't come with a 12v trigger as both the B&H customer service rep and myself thought it did. We both misunderstood the description (it's optional.) The part was available at Da-Lite for $80 and came with no instructions. I got it to work after a few emails and chats with da-lite. Also, I ended up placing some holes in the top of the case to mount using 8 Lag bolts into the 2nd story floor structure. All the hardware that comes with it assumes you will have access to hang it from the top which requires access via the side while it's in it's final position. I was putting it in a hole the size of the case in my finished ceiling so that method would not work ( I would have had to remove and re-install a lot of drywall). I knew this before I purchased by reading the installation instructions so no worries just a fact and maybe a consideration for future changes to the case or just the directions. 5

[110 lb] We used the screen at our annual and special town meeting and found that it was better than anticipated. the powerpoints were projected so all could see no matter where they sat at our meeting. I couldn't be happier and worth the price. 5

[150" (381cm)] The screen functions as described. we used the additional brackets to mount the screen to a concrete wall. The mechanical parts of the screen are smooth and easy to use! 5
