A: These keyboards seem to be extremely difficult to pair, all on line instructions fail to resolve, so I have a keyboard that does not connect

A: As far as I know the dial is compatible with any Windows 10 compatible computer (and not just Microsoft Surface series, which is the case for Microsoft Pen). So yes, it is compatible with Apple H/W BUT NOT in native (MacOS) mode: ONLY if you are in Windows compatibility mode (via Boot Camp, Parallels Desktop etc).

[Windows] If you're a fan of the Mac style keyboards and looking for a wireless, this is your choice! It looks great, works great, and is a Windows keyboard, so if you've been using a Mac keyboard switch over to this and you'll be happy! 5

[Windows] We got this because my wife wanted a keyboard that felt like her Surface Laptop 3 keyboard, which is a great keyboard for a chicklet-style ultrabook keyboard. And we got it despite its price ($99!) and complaints about it disconnecting often (it's Bluetooth 4). But my wife has noticed no disconnection problems; the device feels like it may actually be worth $99 (not quite, but close) and the keyboard is almost as good as the one on the Surface Laptop 3. Not bad! Even I like using it (though I prefer keyboards with longer key travel and higher activation force). 5

[Windows] This unit is great for the price it's sold fof. I bought the keyboard to control media player. I just put in USB transmitter and I had control with a keyboard having any cables on my way. I would recommend this unit many times over because of how good it works. 5

[Windows] I bought it because it is microsoft. I believe in microsoft products and this one delivered well. Just make sure your fingers are scrolling the right way when using the pad. But overall, not bad. 5

[1.405 lb] Feeling of being soft and silent to type, pleasant to the touch by the high quality surface. Has excellent usage accuracy, beautiful and modern like the Apple keyboard. The keys have a short downward movement with gentle pressure. The slight larger space between the keys helps typing easier. 5

[Windows] Use it for Windows 8 on old laptop and desktops. It has the same function on touch pad instead of screen. Allow touch screen functions away from computer when you lean back on couch. Nothing negative for comment. Great price! Would like to have backlite keyboard with solar panel. 5

[Windows] I was looking for a bluetooth keyboard to replace my usb keyboard that was ok but not really happy with my current keyboard. I looked into the surface keyboard. The reviews online and youtube were very conflicting. However after figuring out how to get the keyboard paired with the pc. I absolutely love this keyboard, it has the same keys and feel as if you had bought a surface laptop 3. The unit that I have received so far after everyday use has had no issues with connectivity, no issues with any of the keys at this point seems like a solid keyboard that is going to last for a long time. 5
