A: KanexPro only lists this as supporting up to 1920x1080@60Hz.

A: yes this can be be used with OBS

A: Mine has been on 24/7 and fine since May.

Q: 6. Can these boxes be powered with 6 Volt batteries, if a-c power is not available? (Runtimes can be approximated from the current capacities of the provided a-c power supplies.)

A: These transmitters/receivers are designed for 5V. It is best to stick within the power requirements of the product to avoid causing damage.

A: Yes, it is EDID/HDCP transparent. What is connected at the transmiter side is reflected at the receiver side. It is NOT an EDID/HDCP emulator.

A: Nope, it's a 1-1 connection and must be a direct link using the network cable.

[Up to 180'] Considering the price, I was skeptical that this piece of gear could deliver full 1080i over such a long distance but it works flawlessly! I have used it with both 100' and 150' runs of CAT-5e and the image quality was absolutely perfect! I have even paired it with a VGA to HDMI converter at the receiving end for use with newer monitors that don't have VGA inputs and it never skipped a beat! :) I would highly recommend this product to my video colleagues :) 5

[Up to 180'] Considering the price, I was skeptical that this piece of gear could deliver full 1080i over such a long distance but it works flawlessly! [6.75 Gbps] We use this extender to run a projector in our church. We previously used a Snap AV Binary extender that we paid $$for. The Snap AV extender went out after only 2 years. We tried this Comprehensive extender and it works better than the more expensive one. It gives a crisp picture, even running a 75 foot cat 5 cable. 5

[5 V p-p] We used this in a huge concert hall that didn't have vga connection from the stage to the projector, we thankfully found a network connection right behind the stage and tech patched it to the network connection up in the projector room over approximately 250+ feet of wiring. Thankfully it worked flawlessly with no quality loss. It was very simple to use and we were up and running in less than five minutes. 5
