[9.3 oz / 264 g] They came included with my lights so I can't complain, and even if I paid for them, they seem like good enough quality tho basic in functionality but that would be asking too much from them. Design and quality is also fair and they come on nice foam that you can keep to use as protection for transport.

[0.89 lb] Quality V-Mount plate, this V-Mount plate came as a add on to the SmallRig 120D LED I bought, it has D-Tap ports as well and I might just end up using this for many other of my V-Mount needs. Actually will buy a couple more of these as they are of Great Quality.

Gone is the gaff tape, rip wraps, rubber bands, etc. So much nicer and professional!What's awesome is that it has 2 D tap connectors, so you can run multiple accessories.The photo is slightly wrong. The actually connections on the bracket are female lemo connections. Haven't had a good chance to get into these just yet, but you have 3 of the larger lemo size 12 volt (1B I believe), 1 0B lemo for a 5 volt, and 1 0B lemo for a 7.2 volt.The other review about this item is for the item in the photo. However, that's an OLD photo of the wrong part. Currently, as of 11/18/2012, I can tell you that the connections are female Lemo connections, NOT what is pictured in the photo.WARNING!!! Just to be on the safe side, call B&H photo before you buy this to make sure it IS the correct part.

All other devices will require a drilled & tapped screw hole in the plate or simply only using one of the attachment screws. This V-plate allows easy mount & release of the battery. The attached connection cord is short, for obvious reasons, but will dictate the orientation of the plate. A V-mount plate & battery are needed if you plan very long sequence shots, like overnight or all-day time-lapse.
