$386.37 $575.69

Walking the fine line between performance and a compact form factor, Bresser's 8x32 Hunter Specialties Primal Series Binoculars are outfitted with BaK-4 roof prisms and anti-reflection, fully multi-coated optics, which help to compensate for the smaller 32mm objective lenses to produce clear and bright images not normally associated with this size of binoculars. To ensure a sharp view, the HS Primal binoculars are equipped with a large center focus wheel, right-eye dioptric correction, and twist-up eyecups for use with or without eyewear.

Complementing the optical performance is a lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy chassis, with rubber armoring to help protect it from impacts while providing a slip-resistant grip, especially in cold and wet conditions. To further enhance the grip and to cut some extra weight, the HS Primal is configured with an open bridge that allows maximum surface area for your whole hand to comfortably grip. The binoculars' optical tubes are o-ring sealed to make it water and fogproof, and a tripod mount is set in the front of the center hinge for hands-free long-duration observation sessions.

A: The Leica 8x32 Trinovid HD Binoculars, are made in Portugal.

Q: 2. Is it correct that the 8x32 Conquest HD has only a 1 year transferable warranty, whereas the 8x42 Conquest HD has a limited lifetime transferable warranty?

A: Hi Michael,All products in the Conquest (and Victory) lines are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, as well as a 5-Year No-Fault warranty; this of course includes the 8x32 Conquest Binoculars.

Q: 3. I'm trying to decide between an 8x32, 8x42 or a 10x42--Can anyone point a reference that would allow me to compare these before I buy?

A: the 10x42 Leica Trinovid binoculars have a Field of View of 339' @ 1000 yd The 8x 42 Leica Trinovid binoculars' have a Field of View of 372' @ 1000 yd You will see the 8X binocular's view is 20% further away Again the 32mm size ocular is 25% darker than the 42mm size

Q: 4. Does this come with a carry case?

Q: 5. Where do I get the eye cups for non glasses wearers?

A: The ZEISS 8x32 Conquest HD Binocular has Twist-up rubber eyecups for use with or without eye wear. So you can use them with or without glasses.

Q: 6. Hi, I am confused between Celestron 8x32 TrailSeeker (which is Dielectric Coated and lite in weight) and Celestron 8x42 Nature DX ED (which has Extra-Low-Dispersion but no Dielectric Coating). The price difference currently is $30. Which one should I go for? Please help. Thanks Chy

A: The Celestron 8x32 TrailSeeker Binoculars (Green) with the dielectric coatings would be the better quality binoculars, but with a 32mm objective which is considered a compact binocular. The Celestron 8x42 Nature DX ED Binoculars while not as good optically have a 42mm objective for greater light gathering capabilities. I would suggest choosing the size you want first, and then take it from there.

Q: 7. Eye Relief spec.?

A: 15 MM

Q: 8. Would you say these are good binoculars for viewing the stars at night?

A: The BRESSER 10x42 Hunter Specialties Primal Series Binoculars BH #BRHS01042 • MFR #HS-01042 is a good choice. My advice would be for a binocular with an objective lens of 50mm for a brighter view of the night sky. Example: Vortex 10x50 Crossfire HD Binoculars BH #VO10X50CHDB • MFR #CF-4313

Q: 9. What are the dimensions, weight?

A: Already measured so here goes anyway. Check against specs. Weight in very protective transport case is 1#14.5 oz and without case but with caps and neckstrap the weight is 14.5 oz. Case measurements are 5-3/4 by 5-1/4 by 2-1/4 deep.

Q: 10. The angle of view is quoted as "6.7° (Actual)". Can this be right?

A: The actual angular field is 8.89 degrees. This is determined by dividing the field of view at 1000 yards which is 466.87 feet by 52.5 which equals 8.89 and a very small fraction.

[Yes] This is my first pair of binoculars. I was really impressed with the sharpness of the image. Build quality feels amazing in the hand. Carrying case is really good. My only complaint is that the strap feels very cheap and too wide. It doesn't go with the look of these binoculars.

[Roof (BAK4)] I took the Snypex Knight D-ED on a safari in Africa to observe wildlife, both from a 4x4 and on foot. The image is nice and sharp, focusing is fast and precise, and with the open frame the binocular is easy to hold. The reason I got this model is that at 380 grams / 13.4 oz it's the lightest 8x32 binocular available. On longer walks, the low weight is great! In the 4x4, I also took along the excellent 10x42 Nikon Monarch 7. During the day, the Snypex was just as bright and sharp, only when it got dark was the image of the much heavier (670 gram / 23.6 oz) Nikon brighter. If you're looking for a lightweight 8x32 with good optics, get the Snypex! My only (small) gripe is that the front lens covers are difficult to attach.

[Yes] Leica, Zeiss, and Swarokski are all excellent binos. I owned a Leica 8x32 Trinovid, it was stolen. To replace it, I tried comparable priced binos from all 3 mfgs, and preferred the Leica for crisp color. So I bought another pair of Trinovids.

[Center] These binoculars are truly fantastic. I have an old pair of trinovid 8x40 that were completely refurbished by Leica about 2 yrs ago. I thought they were great but these blow them away. What amaze me is these new one are even better in dim light than the old ones. I am used to high end glass, owning several top if the line line Nikon camera lens and spotting scopes. Only draw back is these a a little heavier than expected and the case is completely useless after the strap is installed

[Yes] For 45 years I have been using all kinds of binoculars for sightseeing, astronomy, and even professionally as a law enforcement officer (LEO) conducting surveillance for about seven years on a daily basis. I only buy and use the very best binoculars including eight Swarovski models starting with their Porros. The only type of binoculars missing from my collection was a compact, lightweight binoculars that would deliver a great image, are very sturdy, and economical. A very tall order indeed. My intention was to take it overseas to Third World countries where binoculars are seen as a potential theft target. Losing a $500 binoculars is not as painful as losing $1K or $2K. After many days of searching and comparing I decided for the Snypex Knight 8x32 D-ED. So far my experience with the Snypex has been extremely favorable and has exceeded my expectations. Since I am not an expert I will not go over the different terminology used in examining the optical quality of an instrument. Thanks to the internet you can read many excellent reviews conducted by knowledgeable experts. Suffice it to say, these Snypex binoculars have truly impressed me from the moment I got them out of the box. Compact, strong, super lightweight, smooth and positive controls, and an image rivaling the Swarovskis in clarity, brightness, and true colors.

As if the above is not impressive enough I am here to tell that Sam, the founder/owner of Snypex, is an amazing human being. He TRULY cares about us, the end-users, of his impressive line of products. His goal from the very beginning has been not only to create a world-class, first-rate optical company, but to put a smile on each and every owner of a Snypex product. He wishes all of his customers to be happy and proud owners every time they rely on a Snypex optical instrument. Sam’s attitude speaks volumes.

Needless to say, I strongly and without any hesitations highly recommend these binoculars or any other Snypex product.

[Roof (BAK4)] This binocular has just about all the features as my 8 x 30 Swarovski SLC pair except the Celestron is significantly lighter. I can't tell the difference in optical quality unless I am holding both pairs, raising one and then the other to my eyes. If I were to go on a rugged expedition. I might carry the Swarovskis, but when I go out birding I carry these surprisingly good Celestrons.
