Fully coated optics help capture as much light as possible while boosting contrast, and the wide viewing angle ensures the entire scene unfolding before you is comfortably in your field of view. For more detailed observations, the binoculars have a short close-focus distance so small visitors to feeders like hummingbirds or butterflies can be clearly seen from as little as five-feet away. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. ¿How can i attach these binoculars to a tripod? Does it includes the dovetail/adapter?

A: Tripod adapter threads are located underneath a cap in the center of these binoculars just below the focus wheel. Yes, this model also includes a tripod adapter. Thanks

Q: 2. Can this be used to view a target at 800 yards to verify where the PROJECTILE placement ??

A: The Tasco Spacestation 2.4"/60mm Refractor Telescope would be able to focus on a target 800 yards away. However, the image would be upside down. If you prefer a right side up image, I would recommend a spotting scope such as this Barska: https://bhpho.to/398HPB6

Q: 3. I need a sturdy tripod for these. Any Recommendation? They are heavy and my camera tripod wobbles too much.

A: Celestron Ultima Tripod with Pan/Tilt Head BH #CEULTIMAT • MFR #93612 Celestron TrailSeeker Tripod with Fluid Pan Head BH #CETPTFP • MFR #82050

Q: 4. I have one of these and it is impossible to aim it. What am I doing wrong or missing?

A: You might be having trouble aiming and seeing things because of light pollution. That can happen. Is the image not focusing in at all?

Q: 5. Do these come with a case, a strap and lens covers ?

A: Yes the Bushnell 7x50 H2O Porro Prism Binoculars come with a case, neck straps and lens caps.

Q: 6. What type of battery does the finder scope use?

A: This telescope can use the Celestron PowerTank 7-Amp 12 VDC Power Supply.

Q: 7. what is the difference between Bushnell Legacy WP and Bushnell H20Porro binoculars?

A: I asked the same when I was ordering the 8x42 binoculars to donate to the Environmental Education program a the Cloud Forest School in Monteverde Costa Rica. I ended up with the Legacy WP's . Although they seemed well made, they were too large, too heavy, and too hard to focus...not only to be used with K-11 students but also for me. B+H Photo was excellent about processing the return. I purchased the 8x25 compact H2O binocs instead.Just returned from delivering them to the Cloud Forest School where they are already being used with ease.

Q: 8. In the manual provided with the binocular a lever has been shown for zooming in and zooming out whereas the same is not there in the actual binocular. Pl. clarify?

A: The manual refers to both the 100x zoom and the 25x. The 100x is very much similar to this one except an extra zoom feature for adjusting to 100x. As far as I know, the 25x only has the knob between both barrels for adjusting the 25x zoom, and the focus wheel on the right eye piece. Those are the only two adjustable items on the 25x for sure.

Q: 9. I would like a neoprene strap to enable me to wear the binoculars waist high. This one looks a bit too short, but are there extenders that can be attached and if so the product# please?

A: There are no extenders for the Nikon strap but you can use this Op-Tech strap instead. Please take a look at the following link: https://bhpho.to/31hqSj9 The Op-tech can be exteneded to 53 inches so it should be able to go down to your waist.

Q: 10. How can I fit the Does fit the Celestron 25x70 SkyMaster Binoculars on a Telescope tripod that has a Vixen-type shoe or doevtails?

A: This comes with a 1/4"-20 female tripod adapter that fits onto 1/4"-20 male tripods.

[Porro] Having bought these Binoculars, the Celestron Upclose G2 10 X 50 Binoculars item number 71256 are Great. The are easy to use and when you focus you can see the Moon, the Stars , the Planets, Stars and Star Constellations. I have many Celestron Binoculars but these are my favorite ones that I use more often. When you use these Binoculars you can sit in a chair or stand. Also make sure you have a neck strap attached to the Binoculars. In addition you have to buy a Celestron Cleaning kit to clean the Lenses. I also find that I also own the Celestron Travel Scope 70 Telescope and the Celestron First Scope but those two Telescopes are hard to use and set up. For using the Binoculars all I have to do is take it out of he case, take off he Lens dust caps move the barrels so you see a O then focus and then go outside and look thru them. All in all these Binoculars when you look thru them you see clear crisp images.
