A: bought this 13 months ago and 6 or 7 drives really have a hard time opening. suggest that you keep a paperclip handy. Wish I had thought to send it back with in the first year while under warrenty. Most likely this is a fluke.

[20 to 90%] EZ Dupe 1-Copy Duplicator easy to use. This unit was delivered well packaged and the instruction manual is easy to use. I love the fact that it is a stand alone unit and does not need to be connected to a computer to copy discs. It is simple to use - just put a master disc in one drawer and a blank disc in the other drawer and it makes a perfect copy. 5

[26.15 lb] This dupe machine is easy to use and is very fast, my old machine only copied and twice the originals playing time. This can copy in about a minute or so, and direct copying is easy to use. 5
