Q: 6. Will this remote trigger the smartphone's camera via the Bluetooth connection? I will be trying some digiscoping and wish to reduce triggering vibration.Since it connects to the phone for all kinds of things, I would think this feature would exist, but it is not mentioned.

A: The remote will not be able to trigger the smartphone's camera.

Q: 7. But which Pluto cable is included? I need the E3 cable for my Fuji XT-2. But Pluto makes other cables for other Fuji models. So which cable is in this box?

A: By itself, the trigger comes with NO CABLE, that is why you are much better off getting the correct KIT for your camera. I would advise to also by an extra cable, it makes sense to have a spare. Goods luck with this, I love mine!

Q: 8. Will the remote fire a continuous burst when triggered via the laser? Or triggered via the button with the accessory IR transceiver?

A: The Pluto has a Burst mode. It is not very good in that the camera may not respond quickly enough to get the burst you want. That being said what there is a way if you only need 2 seconds and your camera has a burst mode. In the settings you can set the Pluto software to a Slow triggering camera which is equivalent to holding down the shutter. Settings are 0, 150ms, 1s, & 2s. If you set it to 2 seconds you will get a 2 second burst at whatever rate your camera is capable of doing. My Canon 7Dmk2 shot 16 exposures in that time using this function.

A: This will work with an X-T3.

[0.055 lb] I bought this product mostly as a lightening trigger and only owned it for a few weeks. However I am still waiting for a good lightening storm to test that feature. I have used the startrails feature which produced excellent results. The Pluto Trigger has a lot of features and capability and works great with the iPhone. I have not tested it with Android. One of the reasons I chose this product over others is the fact that it could be controlled with your phone and potentially stay more current with software updates as opposed to a physical remote control that would be limited to its current capability. You need to remember to order the right shutter release cable that fits your camera, it's not included with the trigger. Looking forward to trying out many of it's other features in the near future. 5

[0.055 lb] Been using this trigger to fire off water droplet shots using the laser trigger. It works great and is fun to play with. Lots of other triggers built in too. The app works great and I have using this with a Nikon Z6 with a DC2 cable. The setup allow flexibility. The laser charged quickly and lasts during a long shoot. All in all, a great addition for taking your photos to another level. 5
