Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Would this fit a fujifilm xt2 with 50-140mm lense and 56mm lense and 23mm lense?

A: I have this bag and the XT-1, 18-55 and 35 fit comfortably. I don't have that lens but I'm thinking if you want to carry the 50-140 that may take all the space.

Q: 2. Will be carrying only a Nikon D750 with the Nikkor 24-70mm lens. Will it fit?

A: That set up would be ideal for the hadley pro.

Q: 3. Hadley Small is also available in Burgundy on the Billingham website. Do you not stock it?

A: the burgundy /chocolate combination is not available in the hadley small at this time in the US.

Q: 4. Will this fit a Nikon D7000 with 24-70/f2.8 lens and a Nikon 70-210/f4-5.6?

A: This bag will not fit that equipment set up, my apologies. I would go with the next size up called the Billingham Hadley Pro Shoulder Bag.Website link: http://bhpho.to/1m6mFJm

Q: 5. will fit a D5200 with AF-S DX VR ZOOM-NIKKOR 55-200MM F/4-5.6G IF-ED (mounted) and a 50mm 1.8?

A: I mentioned in my other answer that I can get my Canon Sl1 + 18-55 STM lens in this bag with room for my small Canon G1X. I just discovered there is room for the SL1 with 18-135 STM lens imounted with the camera / lens positioned vertically in the bag with lens facing down. Still plenty of room for the smaller camera or a flash beside it with a divider between. The 7D with 24-105 lens mounted is a snug fit, but does have about an inch + extra for small items. Again, front pockets available for other items.

Q: 6. Will this insert fit in a Hadley Small Bag.The bag dimensions seem to be able to accommodate this insert or is there another one that works better? Thanks, LG

A: I'm not sure what insert you're talking about but the one that comes with it works well for my 88mm Nikon zoom lens and my prime.

Q: 7. How many large and small dividers come with the Billingham Hadley Small?

A: 2 large and 2 small

Q: 8. will this fit Fuji XT2, 18-55 lens and 10-24 lens, plus Nissin I40 flash with cord?

A: Sorry, I dont think so. Its kinda too small. I think its will fit only camera with attached lens and just one more extra lens or flash. For mine I use with canon 5D4 and 16-35 2.8L its fit only that but its great bag

Q: 9. Hi,I have seen that Billingham has came out with a new color combination of this bag. It is called Sage/Chocolate and looks like this: http://donovanbond.co/blog/the-billingham-hadley-smallI cannot find it on your website, but maybe it is so new that you haven't received it yet? If you have it, how do I do to purchase it online from you?If you don't, would it be possible to order it from you and if so, how long would that take?Thank you most kindly for your help.Warm regards, Johan

A: Billingham USA is currently not importing this item for US dealers and we have no information as to if or when they might. If available to us, we will post it on our site.

Q: 10. Can someone tell me the color Sage is that in two different shades of green? I saw the photo of sage with chocolate leather vs sage with tan leather, it does look different and I wonder if there is only one color for sage - the other looks more like British Green!!

A: There is only one color for sage whether the trim is chocolate or tan leather the material that is used is the same. All the best.Eric

The bag is just the right size for the SLR camera I just bought, with eanogh room for few more things like an extra lens, cards, batarie, ect,.Love the looks and comfertable size, even though before it arived I thought it would be somewhat bigger. The price is somewhat on the high end, but the bag seem to be very well made and I hope to use it for a verylong time in all sort of weather conditions. It seems like it can do the job.

I'm using the bag for my new Fujifilm x-t2. It fits well with the 18-55 mm lens attached. There is room for 1 or 2 more lenses which I will add later. Very good quality. Glad there is no velcro. I kinda miss having a handle on the top of the bag, but overall I really like the bag.

Great bag. Fits my Fuji Xt1 with 56 lens attached, along with my 23 and 14 kit perfectly. Still have room for sun glasses, ipad mini, wallet and other gadgets. Not too big and not too small a bag. Very comfortable to carry all day long.

I wanted a Billingham bag for the longest time. When B&H has this one on sales, I jumped on it. Only concern was the size. I have Fuji X-T3 system and it holds camera with 18-55 and 50-140 perfectly. I’m a happy camper!!!

I use it for my Leica M9 system: M9 body, 35mm Lux, 50mm Cron, 18mm Super-Elmar with 18mm Zeiss viewfinder, and 90mm APO. When I ordered this bag, I was worrying it might too small for the whole set. However, when I received the bag, I can easily load everything into it: 35mm Lux attached to the body sitting in the middle, 90mm APO sitting on the left, and all the rest sit to the right with a separator to separate the 50mm and 18mm. I have a small OP/TECH fold-over pouch for the VF so it sits nicely with the 18mm. I can also loaded the two front compartments with extra batteries, SD cards and filters. Perfect!

I adore this bag for my Micro 4/3. I have a lot of camera bags, and this is always the first one I reach for. It can hold two Olympus OMD bodies, one with a 12-40mm f/2.8 attached and the other with a Panasonic 35-100 f/2.8 attached. And I still have plenty of room for accessories. If I am using smaller lenses, I can also fit several spare primes. My rule is that if my gear fits into the Hadley Small, then I am good to walk around all day in any kind of weather. My shoulder will still feel good at the end of the day, and I don't have to take breaks because I am tired of carrying gear around. If my gear doesn't fit into the Hadley Small, I am carrying too much. I also have a Hadley Pro, which is a great bag and which I use when I need to carry a lot of gear: two bodies and a big lens (like the Panasonic 100-300), big flashes or my 13 MacBook Air. With a fully loaded Hadley Pro, though, I will feel the weight by the end of the day. It's okay for a few hours, but not all day. There is nothing else that matches the comfort and flexibility of the Hadley Small --- and I have a lot of camera bags. And the Hadley Small is a good looking bag, too. I like the Hadley Small so much that I have two of them, one in Sage/Tan and one in Black/Tan. I have had the Sage bag for several years, and it still looks brand new --- and I don't baby it at all. I haven't had the black bag as long, and I am a little concerned that it might show lint more than the sage bag. It's really too soon to tell. The Hadley Small is an expensive bag, but it is worth every penny. Just get it.

Excellent camera bag for one camera and a lens. My only criticism is the lack of a pocket outside the bag--but this is a minor one. The ease of which the photographer can open the bag and quickly retrieve his camera makes up for this issue. This will be the bag I must often use when I'm using one camera.

I bought the Billingham Hadley small for an M mount camera system. I was really after something small and mobile, after lugging around a DSLR system, and the Hadley small / M mount system fits the bill perfectly. I wanted to buy a Billingham Hadley bag as I already use a Hadley large for my film Hasselblad and was very pleased with its capacity, usability, comfort and durability. In spite of the price, I think the Billingham Hadleys are good value for money. The Hadley small is a great size for an M mount camera and a couple of lenses. What I didn't fully appreciate, though, is that I also need the pockets to carry some basic accoutrements such as sunglass case et cetera and the Hadley small pockets are just a little too tight for some larger items. So, a great size for the camera but just a little too tight for anything more, and that can be a pain when you want to be out and about with hands free. It's a great bag, though, and of terrific quality. I'm going to persevere with it as I should probably force myself to fit within the available volume. In my view, that might enforce some discipline and help me travel light and happily. I just need to figure out how to jam those sunnies in...
