[Reset] Bought to aggregate between 10G and 1G switches. Used with the correct UniFi modules (DAC and SFP+ modules) the switch just works. I have not had to touch any of the negotiated speeds between 10G and 1G UniFi switches. 5

[10 to 90%] This is one of very few fanless 10G switches, for barely more than a 1G switch. Seems to work fine so far. If you don't already have a running 10G network to connect it to, you will need to use a 1000Base-T SFP to connect it to your existing infrastructure so you can set it up, in my case to manually set the speed of the uplink to a SFP (not SFP+) switch down to 1G otherwise it would not negotiate. 5
