A: The Belkin USB Type-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (B&H # BEF2CU040BTB) does not support the OTG protocol so it will only work with a PC or a Mac with a USB type C port. USB type C to Ethernet adapters with OTG do exist but we do not carry any at this time, I apologize for the inconvenience.

A: When you say 110 MBPS, do you mean bytes per second (usually denoted with a capital B ) or bits per second (usually denoted with a lower case b)? 110 MB/sec is 880 Mb/sec, which is quite reasonable on a gigabit network (1000 Mb/sec is the theoretical maximum, which you rarely approach). If on the other hand you mean 110 megabits/sec, something is wrong and you should check the following:1) is the adapter connecting at gigabit (Gb) speed on your network? There is are two LEDs on the adapter where the Ethernet cable attaches; make sure that the amber LED is on. If it isn't, you're not connecting to the switch at Gb speed.2) are you using a CAT 6 cable? CAT 5 will attenuate the speed.
