Lantern Softboxes are used by still photographers, filmmakers and videographers, for illuminating entire rooms with soft, even light.

This 30" lantern is designed for the LTM Cinespace 125, 200, and 400 watt HMI fixtures. A required speed ring adapter is available separately.

A: This fixture comes with an Edison cable attached to it. An extension cable would only be needed if the built in cable cannot reach your outlet.

A: B&H does not have replacement lenses for the LTM Fresnel lights.

A: Yes it will fit

Q: 5. Is this light dimmable? Can I safely use it in a home studio setting?

A: No. This light is not dimmable but it does have a knob to adjust the diameter of the light. In other words, the light can generally flow over your subject or you can narrow it, a bit like a spot light. I use this as a still life, light source in my studio and have used it for additional light on a model. It is an excellent light, especially with barn doors. And yes, it is perfect in home studio set up.

Q: 6. will the hood still reverse with this foot?

A: When you use the Wimberley Replacement Foot for Canon 300 f/2.8 IS II, 200-400 f/4 IS, 500 f/4 IS II, and 400 f/4 DO IS II Lenses you will still be able to reverse the lens hood.

Q: 7. Im australian. Whats the best device to make it compatible with our 240 volt syste.m and do you sell it?

A: I have to believe you can get the equivalent output globe with the same base in 240 volts. Surely Australian movie production uses the same lamps but with 240 volts.

Q: 8. Will this fit on the Nanlite FS 300c?

A: The Aputure Lantern 90 (3') is compatible with the Nanlite FS-300C RGB LED Monolight.

[Yes] Perfect compact light for painting studio work. Quarantine has led me back to an old pursuit. This provides dramatic, controlled light with barn door attachment in lieu of the ideal, natural north light. 5

[Yes] The best thing about this light is that you can tilt up or down to a greater degree than the ARRI 150. It will also take a up to a 200 watt globe. The Arri 150 is built better, but more expensive, it doesn't tilt as much...Which to me is important and useful. The AC cable WILL either melt or become loose with use. This will have to be replaced or repaired in time, depending on use usually a couple of years. Why won't LTM fix this? It's been the same for 20 years... But I still buy them! 5

[Yes] I've wanted a light that I could focus, and although not being familiar with this brand, I thought I would try a couple of these little fellas out. I also ordered the focusing focal spot attachment. Very nice little unit. I have a couple of the Lowell Pro lights, and I do like the large adjustment knobs, both for the intensity adjustment, and the positioning adjustments. This is where I do find a bit of difficulty with these little Peppers. The focal knob that changes the spot size, sometimes has a mind of its own. But the most frustrating thing is the housing adjusting knobs. There are two of them and when I get enough tension to keep the housing from flopping down, it is difficult to make minor adjustments when positioning the light. Considering the price (and small size) I am going to live-with-it. 5
