The Bright Tangerine Left Field 19mm Studio Bridgeplate Quick Releasefrom Bright Tangerine Left Field 19mm Studio Bridgeplate Quick Releasefeatures a three-stage Open•UP locking lever. This quick release system enables you to detach the bridgeplate vertically, saving the time and effort otherwise spent sliding your camera rig off the back of a dovetail. The vertical release feature is especially handy for heavier cameras or when switching one camera between multiple supports like a handheld rig, dolly, or tripod.

The Quick Release bridgeplate incorporates an inner plate that can be rotated to accommodate the different heights of both ARRI and RED cameras. This riser adapter can be swapped for separately available plates compatible with additional cameras. Bridgeplate features include 3/8"-16 camera screws, a right-side ARRI-standard rosette, and 3/8"-16 accessory threads.

A: Yes, There are ARRI mounting points on the inside and the outside of each extension arm. There are 4 in total.

Q: 6. Will the Tilta Extension Arms fit on this bridge?

A: The interface for the bridge and the arms are the world standard ARRI rosette. Therefore, yes, the arms will fit on this bridge.

Q: 7. Can this quick release bracket also be used to effectively attach a monitor?

A: Depends on how you're using the bracket. Its 1/4 20" screw is designed to fit into the threaded hole of a cheese plate or a camera cage, etc. Thus, you may require additional parts to adapt the bracket so that a monitor can be mounted on it.

[Aluminum] This shoulder pad is great at. Everything, although not all builds are compatible with other plates. Id go with shape next time, they are the best with regards to handles and shoulder pad, And the price is comparable. 5

[1.205 lb] Using this plate to put a 30-300 PL on my C500 with 19mm studio setup. Note that you need the Bright Tangerine Left Feld lightweight base with their clamp plate in order to have proper spacing. Kind of pricey but works well. 5

[1.205 lb] I use this with my Red Gemini and it works great for keeping a low profile in a low weight solution for dovetail applications going from tripod to gimbal to shoulder set ups. I use this with a 300mm (12 in) arri dovetail on the tripod to get good balance and it slides onto the wooden camera unified VCT wedge plate (B&H # WO223300) for shoulder work. This is the best solution out there for keeping the camera low on the shoulder or light on the tripod with lower center of gravity with 15mm lw rods. My only change would be the screws that come with it need to be lower profile to be even with the bottom of the camera. I switched those out for some WC low profile screws. 5

[Aluminum] This is THE solution for add rods to your komodo and being able to go from tripod to handheld in literally 2 seconds. The latch design is perfect and clamps down tightly to your dovetail plate. The placement of the tightening knobs for the rods is nice. I was initially going to go with the 8Sinn baseplate but after careful review I noticed that the knobs for tightening the rods interfere with the other knobs. In my opinion, I saw this as a possible hinderance to the ease of use I was looking for as I'm regularly in fast paced situations where struggling with any piece of gear is unacceptable. If you can afford it, you won't regret it. Its a deceptively simple tool but a must if you care about your gear working flawlessly and not worrying about fiddling around with the quirkiness that can come from some of the cheaper solutions. 5
