A: No the item does not come with a stand. I recommend a sturdy stand at least a Manfrotto not the Lastolite (Lastolite 3355 Bracketed Stand) as it is way too light and will just tip over - I know I got this. Another recommendation is a Lastolite Magnetic Background Support (LL LB1120). This attached to the top of your light stand and the background will just click onto the magnets. Hope this help.

A: Not build for total immersion but a few splatters can be wiped off.

A: With a tight lens for a single person you can make it work. Its a little too small for groups or full body coverage.

A: When folded it has an approximate 27" diameter.

A: This works best with chairs that do not have an additional headrest.

A: Waterproof means can it be immersed in water. We doubt, along with the manufacturer's you will need to do that. These products are made of materials that are water resistant. That means if you get it wet in a rain storm, afterwards towel dry it, let it dry out and it will be fine.

A: Regarding the microphone on the Logitech MX Brio 4K Webcam, it's recommended that you stay within 5' for optimal performance. After 5', the sound quality and level of the audio will begin to drop.

A: There are straps on all sides and a loop at the top. You can hang easily hang it vertically or horizontally. The trick is learning how to fold it up. I found a video on YouTube that shows how to do it and with 2 or 3 practices it is easy to fold up. It is nice addition to a portable studio set up.
