Q: 1. How to refold this disc to put away?

A: It's tricky at first. You don't want to fold it, you want to twist it. Hold the disc on opposite sides and then rotate each side - clockwise on one side, counterclockwise on the other. Think of making a figure 8 and keep rotating it. If you're doing it right, it should fold up with very little effort.

Q: 2. How many stops does the translucent diffusion take away?

A: Just got off the phone with the manufacturer. Confirmed it's 1 stop of diffusion.

Q: 3. I just received my impact 5 in 1 reflector, I feel like it is too tight to get the gold/silver color cover on to the translucent reflector. I had to squeeze the ring holding the translucent reflector, to get the zip closed. Is this normal? Please suggest.

A: It's a little tight but you want the fabric tight so it acts like a foamboard flat.

Q: 4. How does this compare to Godox or Phottix? Is the light the same or is there a difference? Thank you.

A: There is a two sided Phottix 41x72 that has a zebra gold which is different but it does not have 5 surface options only two. B&H does not sell a Godox option in this size.

Q: 5. I am always on the go with my camera and I want to know if this would be good to take around or is it a bit too big? Also can I use this with the flash that is built in with my camera? (I have the Nikon D7200)

A: I bought this to use with D7000 and its almost the same. Now, even with my D610 Full Frame, I can still carry and use it quite nicely.

A: 32" is the supplied size it can vary slightly as the item is spring steel and can be deformed slightly.

A: This works best with chairs that do not have an additional headrest.
