Developed specifically to meet the needs of long-distance shooters, the Swarovski Z5i BT 2.4-12x50 Riflescope Illuminated BT-PLEX-Icomes outfitted with their proprietary elevation Ballistic Turret (BT) that provides a fast way to adjust your zero for up to four different distances with the ability to easily reset to absolute zero. Speaking to the fast reaction time that is the hallmark of the BT turret, it is uncapped for easy and instant access when changing shooting distances in the field. Complementing the turret system is a partially illuminated reticle and a wide 90 MOA elevation adjustment range at 1/4 MOA/click to improve your aiming point and provide you with plenty of adjustment room for extreme distance shooting.

Optically the scope is built with a wide 2.4-12x zoom magnification range that allows you to take in sweeping views on low power with the ability to dial up the magnification for positive identification and increased confidence in your shot placement. Its massive 50mm objective is optimized both for use in low-light conditions—such as at dawn and dusk when many species are most active—and to ensure views remain crisp and bright when viewing targets at long range with the magnification turned all the way up. Index-matched anti-reflection SWAROTOP lens coatings reduce light loss to just 2% so views are bright and crisp with enhanced clarity and resolution and accurate color rendition. SWARODUR exterior lens coatings protect their surfaces from scratches and abrasions.

Furthering its user-friendly design are ergonomically placed zoom and dioptric correction adjustment collars that are easy to manipulate with precision, even when wearing gloves. A 1" maintube makes it compatible with a wide variety of rings and mounts without adding excessive bulk. The housing is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy that is treated with a scratch-resistant matte-black anodized finish. O-rings seal in the inert nitrogen gas that fills the scope, making it waterproof, submersible, and resistant to internal fogging in extreme conditions.

Stripped to the basics and optimized for long distance, the Z5i is an ideal choice for no-nonsense shooters.

  • Magnification zoom range and objective lens diameter combination is optimized for use in forested areas where light can be poor and conditions less than ideal
  • 2.4-12x magnification is ideal for close to mid-range use
  • Large 50mm objective provides the light-gathering ability required for use in low or challenging light—such as at dawn and dusk or under a heavy cloud cover or in dense fog
  • Versatile zoom range allows users to enjoy a wide field of view on low power to scan a large area then zoom in for proper identification and accurate shots
  • Anti-reflection index-matched SWAROTOP lens coatings are specifically formulated for the glass they are applied to—which minimizes light loss while reducing glare and improving contrast, color rendition, and clarity
  • Scratch-resistant SWARODUR coatings protect exterior lens surfaces
  • 46' field of view at 100 yards on 2.4x magnification, 9' at 12x power

  • Second focal plane placement: Reticle appears to stay the same size regardless of the magnification setting with subtensions accurate at one magnification

  • Easy setup using online Ballistic Program

  • Textured zoom collar for easy adjustment in cold and wet weather or while wearing gloves
  • M52x0.75 objective lens filter threads allow the use of polarizing or ND filters to enhance the view in challenging conditions such as on/near water or in snow
  • 1/4 MOA/click impact point correction
  • Capped windage turret prevents dirt, mud, and dust from fouling the mechanism
  • Wide 90 MOA elevation adjustment range is designed for long-range use

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Has anyone tried these wtih a steadicam rig?

A: We have not tested these while operating any type of Steadicam rig.

Q: 2. To clarify my earlier question: Can you power the glasses with USB-C while using the HDMI port for video, to avoid using the micro-USB port for power?

A: Unfortunately no. USB-C will need to provide both power and image. Micro USB is the only input that will act as a DC power supply for the interface unit, allowing power to the unit while using HDMI for your image.

Q: 3. 110 to 240 volt or only 110?

A: The included power supply on the PV 6 BT will accept 110 or 220 Volt.

Q: 4. What frequency rage does FM Tuner cover?

A: This radio's FM Tuner covers' North American airwaves from channels 87.5 - 108.

Q: 5. Does it transmit to Bluetooth speakers? I am looking for connectivity to speakers, not headphones. Thanks.

A: Yes you can transmit audio from the Sennheiser BT T100 to bluetooth speakers.

Q: 6. how does the charger work ?

A: Rechargeable via Zoom LBC-1 Charger: -------------------------------------- Zoom LBC-1 Lithium Battery Charger for Zoom BT-02 & BT-03 B&H # ZOZLBC1:This is the Zoom LBC-1 Lithium Battery Charger for the Zoom BT-02 and BT-03 batteries, which are for the Zoom Q4 and Q8, respectively.

Q: 7. How long does it take to charge the battery?

A: I would say the first time would be up to 4 hours, but after that, no longer than an hour and even less if it is not drained all the way.

Q: 8. Can you use the USB-C port for power instead of the micro-USB one? Micro-USB is flimsy junk, totally unsuitable for power.

A: Yes. USB Type-C port supports video and power (from the video source) over the same cable.

Q: 9. I did not see any output figures, how many watts?

A: Unfortunately Tivoli does not provide that specification on the Music System BT model but you can contact them directly through the following page to look into further details on it: https://tivoliaudio.com/pages/contact

Q: 10. Can more than two headsets be used at the same time?

A: No you can only pair to 1 output device at a time.

[-3.0 to +2.0] I like it! I have an acoustic drum set but have wanted additional sounds without hauling additional devices around. I have a cowbell. I want a deeper one as well. I want occasional roto toms, Timbales, electronic toms, chime tree, gong, even bass drum with my hand. I got a footboard pad as well and can play any sound with my module with my left foot, especially snare drum or cowbell. I've just discovered many new possibilities! The BT1 is a perfect size with many mounting possibilities. Since I move it from two drum sets and my practice set, I decided to mount it on a separate stand and it stays in front of my snare drum. It's out of the way unless I want to play it with either hand. So far it seems to be a durable piece of equipment. It's a basic plug it in to a sound module and play it. There are a couple set up adjustments for sound level and sensitivity. I wasn't getting every beat I played on it. But then I got the bright idea to reread setup and found in my module settings a specific BT1 input for sound pad. That put sensitivity and other levels perfect and now I love it! I definitely recommend it!

[90 MOA] This is identical to the original battery in the Zoom Q8. It charged up perfectly. I plan to use it as a back up battery while recording live music performances.
