Capture and view up to 6K video in crisp detail with this Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro with Monitor Kitput together by B&H. This kit bundles the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, the Atomos Shinobi 5.2" 4K HDMI onboard monitor, two Sony L-series type batteries, a fast charger, a DC charger power supply, a heavy-duty ball head monitor mount, and a 17.7" secure HDMI 2.0 cable.

The 6K Pro provides a Super35 sensor to capture up to 6K video, and it features an EF mount, an HDMI port, 13 stops of dynamic range, and 1920 x 1080 HDR output. The included Shinobi 5.2" monitor features 1920 x 1080 resolution, and an HDMI input with the included secure high-speed cable. It mounts onto your camera or cage using the included ball head shoe mount. The two batteries and charger allow you to power the monitor, for an extended shooting day.

A: On the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, The battery life depends on your camera settings (i.e. screen brightness, frame rate, etc.). You can use the Blackmagic Pocket Camera Battery Pro Grip to prolong the battery life by using multiple batteries and hot swapping them as needed.

A: Blackmagic includes a power supply with international adapters so that one can charge the BMPCC 6K Pro battery through the camera.

A: The short answer is No this will not work on the 6K or 6K pro, however, this set up will work on the Pocket Cinema 4K. Here is the reason why: The 6K and 6K Pro Pocket Cinema Cameras can not be adapted to PL because of the physical construction of the EF mount (FYI there are a few rare exceptions however this involves specific lenses that are designed around those limitations) if you plan to use PL lenses on the Pocket Cinema 6K it is best to Convert the camera to PL. Converting the camera involves dismantling and removing the EF mount and replacing it with a PL mount. The Original Pocket 6K could be converted to PL using the Wooden Camera PL Mount Modification Kit for BMPCC 6K * Note: Wooden Camera has not confirmed whether or not it is compatible with the Pocket 6K Pro.* Even after converting the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro to PL you would still have to deal with the fact that super 16 lenses will not cover a super 35mm sensor. you will see a very large vignette when using super 16 lenses on the pocket cinema 6k or 6k pro. The Pocket Cinema 4K has a micro 4/3rds lens mount which can be adapted to PL and the micro 4/3rds sensor is much closer to the size of super 16 film.

Possibly one of the best viewfinders for a video camera I've ever used. Excellent definition and clear HUD. Makes a great camera better! While the built-in 5 screen on the 6K Pro is amazing, I use this because the diopter is perfect for me as a reading glass wearer. It is such a pleasure to leave the glasses in my pocket. Highly reccommend. 5

Very sturdy, since it's one solid piece unlike other options. Easy to mount, and precisely threaded. I bought the 6K Pro cage from Kondor Blue, but ended up returning that and bought this. It is so much better. In buying this, you'll also be supporting a US based company--although they're owned by Vitec--that truly innovates in this space and doesn't just copy what works. 5

I bought this camera December 2021. upgrading from my Panasonic GH5s, jumping into my first Super35 cinema camera and 6K camera. This camera is competes with $6000 cameras like Red Komodo 6k and Fx6. Built in ND Filters (LIFE CHANGING) and internal RAW 6K recording (no need for HDMI out) with a big 5 inch Monitor (no need for external monitor) that make world difference with focus peaking. Waveforms and False color, 13 stops of Dynamic range! This cinema camera is a heavy contender. 5
