A: No, V-flats stand on their own. No need for stand but you can always use a light stand as a support to prevent it from falling over.

A: These Foldable V-Flats would blow over in the wind. Otherwise, they are free-standing in a non-windy condition.

[0.565 lb] I like this product package that I would get two black and two white foam boards that would unfold and stand on my desk or table for product photography. I didn't have to make one. I did a quick test photo shoot with my two bicycle LED lights facing towards to the white foam boards to bounce back the light on my Hugo Boss Cologne. I used one black foam board to create a background in the shot. I was using my Iphone to take the photo for a quick test. After I got the shot then I edited it on my Iphone 7. I was pleased with the results that I posted it on instagram. 5
