A: There are not any major differences, they basically upgraded the first a bit. From Gossen: This meter expands the measuring functions of manually adjustable cameras to include incident light measurement, by means of which better exposure can be achieved for unusual subject contrast. Integrated contrast measurement also indicates whether or not subject contrast, i.e. the difference between the brightest and darkest part of the subject, can be managed by the sensor or the film .

A: It is made in the USA.

A: Yes, it is the same housing as the 3+

A: The user manual that came with my Gossen Digisix 2 Light Meter is in English and German.

A: It fits my hero 3+ dive housing. Not sure about older versions.

A: Daylight is 5600K CCT LED, while RGB stand for Red, green, and blue LED.

A: The meter comes with the battery installed.

[0.225 lb] This is a brilliant, small and lightweight meter. It is super easy to use either as an incident meter or as a reflected light meter. Just flick the dome to change from one to the other. It reads in light values and it is very easy to read the corresponding aperature and shutter choices. B&H were great, the meter came perfectly packaged. I recommend both B&H and Gossen. 5

[0.225 lb] You can't beat the convenience of this little pocket light meter. There are times when I want to use an incident light meter, and this Gossen Digisix 2 fits the bill perfectly. Either for use with a camera that does not have a light meter, or when you want an incident rather than a reflected light reading, this thing seems to be the ticket. 5

[0.225 lb] Not cheap, but there are not many alternatives if you want a little exposure meter that fits in your pocket. Reflective and incident light measurements, all you need basically. The large analogue scale show all possible shutter speed/aperture combination for a measured EV value. Great little tool. 5
